One of our favorite restaurants. I love that they serve veterans on veterans Day with a free meal. Their menu is excellent, they always hire wonderful servers. There’s always a fast service in reliable delicacies. I highly recommend them for a family restaurant.

WE ASKED FOR A BOOTH AND THE LADY GOT MAD AT US AND HUFFED N PUFFED !! I DO NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT THEY CLEARLY DO NOT LIKE INDEGEOUS PEOPLE OF COLOR AKA AFRICAN AMERICANS!! The employees are racist and Ashley the manager did nothing to rectify the incident!! The night staff is not customer friendly!
Applebee's is one of my favorite restaurants. I've always had good service and the food is great. The curbside pickup is also convenient and so is the ability to order from doordash.
Service was excellent. The steak was tasteless. Broccoli tasted like it had soaked in a salt water bath for several days. Mashed potato was decent. All and all about the worst meal i have had in a long time. Lesson learned will not order this meal again
Live in Dublin but went to Macon ga. and ate at the Applebee's on Riverside drive. Had the new cheeseburger dipped in the cheese sauce. First of all there was not near enough cheese to dip the burger in and they stuck to the plate. It was cooked to where the little amount of cheese was bubbling and the fries stuck to the plate too. So I asked the waitress to bring more cheese to dip my burger in and she said it would be $2.00 extra!!! WwwwwHAT ! It was supposed to come with the plate! So we told them ok and brought a little small container full and didn't even fill it full! Only HALF full! I waited so long just to try this dish and very disappointed! Never again. This is fair warning to new customers if you want this dish. Ridiculous! This day around 1:30pm.
They allways without fail forget items my mom called them back and they of course tell us to come back for a 30 min drive just to get their but puts us on hold to come back and say o no you didn't even order cheese sticks when we was looking at the receipt not to mention my fries but to sit their and argue with my mom about it to realize how dumb you was for not reading before you had to jump to conclusions their for ill never be back applebee has went down the toilet all because the help you hire does not want to work ive had more issues with applebees than any restaurant mac donalds does better than you and that's sad you charge a unbelievably amount of money to be forgetting items that cant happen mistake or not
At the Crosby, Texas Applebees, Ashanti is a great server. She is on point and on time with orders and works the whole floor by herself. She is my server always and no one else. She is very talkative and sweet to all customers and prompt with her time. She is a multi-tasker at the restaurant.
I'll be short and sweet. The food is either nice and hot or luke warm. This time it was luke warm. I was only drinking water but I never got asked for a refill so I had to ask for one. I saw the new cookie dough sizzlin' skillet and decided to get one. It was not sizzlin' by any stretch of the imagination. The skillet was cold to the touch and the cookie was not warm and gooey. For a price of $6.99 no thank you. Also, the size of the skillet is what struck me first. I would liken the size to something one might find in a Barbie Tea set for kids. One of my favorite deserts from Applebee's is the Maple Butter Blondie. It would come out on a skillet that was actually sizzling and it tasted great. The butter pecan brownie was something like four inches by four inches and the skillet was grown up size. Chili's has a grown up size chocolate chip skillet that has a fabulous taste. There isn't much I like about Chili's but I have never been dissatisfied with the chocolate chip cookie skillet. Ergo, on this occasion, at Applebee's, I can't say anything good.
Absolute horrible dinner experience. Poor quality 12 Oz Riley, 1 beer $50 ? Are you kidding me? Also charged fir the stupid tabletop game monitor. Never again
In the beginning, we got our appetizer.And they didn't bring any plates out for us to eat it on. So I was getting the food all over myself. We asked for plates. I finished my appetizer, and then we got our regular plate and it was wonderful then i went to take a bite of my potatoes to find a hair. What surprised me was the fact that the manager took off just the potatoes. Three dollars off of a $96 dollar meal. Personally, I would have taken off at least one meal.I ended up getting sick. I just threw up the whole meal. I'm just one of those people that can't get it out of my head when I eat something that comes off of another person's body. That I do think that taking three dollars off of a $96 dollar order. I think is a little petty. Also him showing up to the table and asking if I put a hair in my food. Of course. He wasn't there when I pulled it up to eat that bite. But the waiter was, and he saw there was no way I could have. I've done that myself. It's an hour later, and I'm still throwing up

Grand haven Applebee’s is out “go to” restaurant. Warm, friendly service. If they don’t get it right, they fix it. Great staff. The lady manager helped my mom to the car. They just go above and beyond.
I can say, I've never had a bad meal at Applebees. My issue is with the tables.. they are tacky, sticky.. wiping them down doesn't help. The Alpine location in Grand Rapids, Michigan... it's time to give the tables a light sanding and poly coating... it's time!
Unacceptable experience at Applebee’s in Woodbridge, NJ today. I went to pick up an order, and when I told an employee named Luis that I would leave a negative review because of the poor service and disrespect I received, he said: “Do whatever you want, pendejo.” 😡 Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. @Applebees #BadService #WoodbridgeNJ
Well, the burgers are absolutely out of this world they’re great and if you get the Daily special, you get the burger fries and your drink of choice other than alcohol for 999 man you can’t beat that with a stick! Now their dinners on on the other hand, you’re not gonna let you get out of there for less than 25 bucks but it’s 2026. I guess that’s the price of eggs anyway I do like all the food and the weight staff in bartenders are great and the manager there is really cool. He gave me a gift certificate for 10 bucks one times because in my review I complained about the portions cause I’m a big eater man so for an older person they’re fine but I’ve been known to eat two dinners in one sitting so what does that say? Oh gotta go see the funny papers.
We had a family dinner at Applebee's on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvana recently and were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it. I don't typically get excited about going to average corporate restaurants - often they're fine at best. I settle for places that have menus the kids will like, which often equates to there will be nothing healthy and enjoyable for me. It's been years since I've visited Applebee's. Id ordered the salmon, my son a cheesburger, my husband had about 4 appetizers (don't judge, it was Friday) and my daughter ate from the kid's menu. The waitress was really friendly and attentive. The food and service were so enjoyable and it was a great family dinner! This is going to become one of our go-to places!
ordered a bacon burger and the first one came Raw. Drove 15 minutes back for them to make another one and waited about 20 minutes to get home to a burger that was well over cookedtalked to a manager and she said come in and get another on us so I did yesterday only to get another burger that is raw and this time i have pictures. this is a the auburn ny location. This place just cant get it right
The waiter was barely there to assist us I took my grandma out we ordered a sizzling butter pecan blondie and it tasted like vinegar honestly so horrible I will always think twice before taking her here again
I called wanted to order they tried to over charge me. I asked for Manager and he was worse than the serve. He said with out asking me the problem. Will cancell your order and you have a nice day and hang up on me. I didn't want to cancel my order. I wanted an explanation of way I was being chargedore than. No substitutions on 25 for two? The cheeseburger with soup was a good combination, but the tomato basil soup was terrible. Too much basil. We indicated too much basil to the server and she just took the bowl away with no other offerings. Not good customer service.
