The location and grounds are beautiful
The location and grounds are beautiful, but the service to the Investment Vacation Owners who buy long-term 30÷40 years is very poor, there is discrimination when compared to current buyers. Meanwhile, manually Alma charges on Owners extra high value fee, otherwise, Owners will not to have right to use their vocations. This is Alma's act of "eating bread is soon forgotten!", or "crossing the bridge to draw the board!", doing business with dirty, vile motives of Alma. Alma needs to be ostracized by genuine tourists.

ALMA oppresses and deceives owners to pay high fees but the service quality is not worthy of 4-5 stars. I hope that people around the world will not support ALMA's wrongdoings.

This resort tricked you to sign a 36 years contract of vacation AKA timeshare, they said it is an investment opportunity and manipulate you to join hand with them. I got scammed 50.000 USD and over 3000 others are scammed too.
