Nice hair dryer, just took a long time to get.
It’s perfect. My hair is perfect!
I have thick, long hair. I was hesitant but decided to try it. It didn’t disappoint. My hair looks healthy and it really did cut my drying time by 10 minutes!
The worst product that you can ever purchase. It is so loud, heat is not sufficient for drying or styling. Tried using the straightener but it made my hair even more unruly. Have been fighting with customer service for over two weeks to return this product which have been unsuccessful thus far.
Ordered my new hairdryer and I love it. I haven’t used all the tools but I loved the way my hair feels and looks.
It’s easy to use.
Not even a one star!! Absolutely a dodgy product!! Mine split in the barrel after 6 weeks of use. Does not even come with an Australian approved plug adapter. No warranty at all.when defects have been reported. Absolutely a scam!! Do not buy this product!! Im in the process of reporting them
I genuinely tried to resolve this directly with the company before leaving a review. I took the time to explain that the dryer has not performed as expected. It takes much longer to dry my hair compared to a basic $25 dryer I own, and even after extended use my scalp still feels damp. I also shared that the attachments do not feel very secure when connected, which made me hesitant while using it.I communicated these concerns respectfully and in detail, hoping we could find a fair resolution. Unfortunately, my concerns did not feel fully acknowledged, and my request for a refund was declined. I was essentially told that the product works “good enough,” which was disappointing given the price point and the expectations set by the marketing and reviews.I understand not every product will work for every person, but I had hoped for a more supportive response after genuinely trying to address the issues directly.I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
Unbelievable. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. They sent me a defective product. Not only were many of the brush tips stuck below the surface, causing uneven dispersement of bristles, but many of the the ones that were above the surface were melded together! If that wasn't bad enough, the plug was defective and wouldn't stay plugged into an outlet long enough to use it! Total electrical disaster! After requesting a return authorization request and refund completely within the bounds of their published policy, I am on my 10th email back and forth where they have claimed: there is no defect and it was designed this way, have requested multiple different versions of videos and photos that I have provided, have told me to try other plugs despite me proactively providing that information multiple times, and are now stating they will just send a new one. AS IF I WANT TO TRUST ANY PRODUCT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE! DO NOT waste your time or money. This company is a SCAM!
I purchased an airbrush unit from Air Brush AU for approximately $130. It was delivered on 4 January 2026.After only five to six weeks of very light use (around 15 uses in total), the unit developed a mechanical and electrical fault. The main unit became loose internally, made an electrical noise, emitted a smoke smell, and is now completely unusable with something rattling inside.I contacted the company requesting a refund or replacement. They refused, stating that their warranty is only 30 days from delivery and that they could not assist because that period had passed.I explained that under Australian Consumer Law, products must be of acceptable quality, durable, and last a reasonable amount of time. A small electrical appliance failing after six weeks clearly does not meet that standard. Despite this, they repeated that their policy is 30 days and refused any remedy.Air Brush AU stated in writing that although they “respect Australian Consumer Law,” they would not provide a refund or replacement because their internal policy had expired. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The product failed after minimal use, and the company refused to stand behind it. I expected much better quality and customer service, especially from a business presenting itself as an Australian brand.Based on both the product quality and the response, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
I believe this to be a scam. Reviews and pictures on FB are definitely misleading. Yes it can dry your hair, and it has attachments that supposedly do certain things. In reality none of the attachments do what they are supposed to do. I understand this is a less expensive version of the Dyson, but it does not even do rudimentary hair styling. The return policy is misleading and I believe intentionally so. I would never have ordered this if reviews and pictures/videos had been honestly provided. Buyer beware!
I fast dried my hair then used the roller brush. My hair looked great and had lots of volume
It would be nice to give a tutorial about using the curling rods. Also the round brushes bristles are a bit long to use when curling my hair. I have to untangle it when releasing the hair. Hopefully Il get better using your tools that come with the dryer.
Airbrush is a poor quality product. Impossible to get a refund from this deceitful company. I wasted my money. Do not waste yours.
I didn't realize this was coming from overseas. I'm not happy with the right and left attachments. An attachment like a curling iron has to hold the hair would be helpful.
AWFUL! As soon as I picked up the product I could tell this was not going to work. It did not dry ANY hair, the product itself is a JOKE! I'm embarrassed I fell for this scam :(Do NOT ORDER! You cannot return!!
Stay far away from this company. They claim to be a Dyson competitor, but the tool is a complete piece of cheap plastic garbage and could never dry my hair. I don't even have thick hair.
After reading all these reviews after I purchased but hasn’t shipped yet. I truly they hope they refund the money before they ship it. I am reaching out to them before they shipped my product for a refund. No one got back with me. And now I have an email that says my product has shipped and the money has already been taken from my account. I tried to email them at the address they had listed to contact and it’s not even a real email address. So definitely this company is fraud.
I would give this zero stars if that were an option. Do not buy from this company. This product is absolute junk—and somehow, their customer service is even worse. The brush barely heats up and is completely ineffective. It simply does not work. When I contacted customer service for a return, they sent me in circles, repeatedly demanding videos of me using the device. I complied multiple times, and it was very clear I was using it correctly. The product still didn’t work.Their solution? They claimed they had “moved warehouses” and therefore had no physical address to accept a return. Instead, they offered me a pathetic 20% refund. Eighteen dollars does nothing for the useless piece of garbage I’m now stuck with. This company sold me a defective product and then refused to stand behind it. I have never dealt with a more blatant scam. Save your money and your sanity—do not order from this company. Buyer beware.
