I arrived on time and was put in a room. The doctor entered the room three times and never acknowledged my presence. I tried to get up to go to the ladies room when I fell. No one came to check that I was okay. I was told to pay for the surgery before surgery and when I fell, I forgot as well as the person with me. The next time he entered the room, he rudely said there wouldn't be surgery done today because I did not go to the front to pay for the surgery - instead of reminding us that this needed to happen. So now we remembered and done in the right way, would have taken care of it right then. Instead, I decided this treatment was unacceptable and replied to him that, yes indeed, there would not be a surgery done by him and decided to leave. There was rude words shot back to me as I was leaving, with did not in anyway, encourage me to work things out. I will not return to Affordable Dentures and implants. Thank you for asking

Staff Lack Personal Accountability
The staff were very uncaring, lack bed side manners, and present attitudes that indicate they are only there to receive a paycheck. Add-ons like the bone graph needed to attach implants ($540 expense not covered by insurance) was not discussed until patient was sedated and had to agree. The dentures were “adjusted” 2times and still do it fit correctly. Patient started a new relationship with new provider after giving up on affordable dentures.

I Trust Affordable Dentures
I had an appointment recently to see if my dentures needed replacing, and was told that only my implant snaps needed to be replaced, and that my dentures were under warranty for 2 more years. I have been very satisfied with the quality, fit and price that I paid in 2019 for my dentures. My dentures are 6 years old and have served me well. I will get new dentures again when it’s time from Affordable Dentures.

My experience was one of gratitude…
My experience was one of gratitude because affordable dentures gave me back my smile and my dentures are much more comfortable and can eat with them , the ones I had before were big and uncomfortable, thank you affordable dentures. The wait is a big long , but at the end of the day you get what you pay for and the receptionist is a great lady with a beautiful smile

I am so glad I happened upon Affordable Dentures & Implants. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. Seriously, they were so empathetic and just plain nice, I started to cry when I checked out. Great teamwork, great dentist!

Warranty FAIL!
Purchased high end partial denture from Dr. Craig at Harker Heights, TX office. Within 1 year metal clasp broke off partial. This is an obvious material/workmanship defect. Dr. Craig refused to repair/replace the partial under their 2 year warranty policy and has offered no explanation as to why. Office refuses to return multiple voice mails I have left them.

Horrible products
Horrible products. Teeth fall out don't fit right can't eat anything without adhesive. Can't talk without them falling out unless I have adhesive, have to apply 3 times a day because they don't fit. Also broke won't do anything about it. Bought the premium ones best ones under implants

NOTHING BUT REGRETS
After a year and numerous returns for adjustments I still have bottom teeth that won't stay in. After removing teeth I spend 25 to 30 minutes removing glue from my mouth. So many foods I can't even think about eating...if I had my time to do over, I definitely would not have all teeth pulled and get dentures.

Holding hands at the dentist
My girlfriend and I set up matching appointments. First off I need to say Affordable Dentures and Implants IS top tier! By far the only great experience I've ever had at which can be (is to me) the scariest thing a person could do and even make an appointment to have a Dr. drill into ones jaw in purpose. What a wonderful setting and beautifully conducted guidelines told by their perfectly knowledgeable staff. Comfort is established immediately. It's a serene quiet waiting room and the wait is zero. The Dr. was extremely empathetic.The only problem we experienced was we like I mentioned had matching appointments but we were running a little late and so we called a good amount of time ahead yet the operator on the line put us on hold for a time frame that put us behind and we inevitably missed out on being able to have the procedure done at the proposed time. So basically we weren't able to hold each others hands.They are great otherwise.

Great folks, good experience
Kind, friendly, and welcoming. Skilled patient, and thoughtful. Careful, skillful, and consideration for patient's comfort. It's hard to find such a good place to perform the extractions I feared before. But now I can bite again. After fitting care is excellent! I honestly can't think how the group could do better.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The people at the front desk are unfriendly and have no sense of kindness or empathy for their patients, neither in person nor on the phone. affordable dentures was the worst decision I've made in a long time.

The office staff was very helpful and nice . If I am being honest I thought it would much more affordable for top dentures and extractions only . $5000, is a lot of money.
