WARNING....DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!
My previous review below got deleted and just to think that "writerser" said they needed additional information about it was diabolical. A lady that said she remember providing me assistance reached out to me and said Dr. Robinson hadn't yet paid her for any of the work that she had done for a while. This man embezzled money and didn't take care of his employees apparently. The level of assistance provided was like having a 4th grader helping you with graduate research. Not to mention you wait weeks for that trash work. I'm surprised this business owner is still in business. Terrible organization. IF YOU WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO COME HERE BEFORE YOU PAID THEM, DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT PAY THIS GUY OR GAL A DIME. THEY ARE FRAUD AND WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY OR DELIVER ON ANY ASSITANCE. IF YOU DECIDE TO CONTINUE IN YOUR FOOLISHNESS, YOU DESERVE EVERY FINANCIAL WOE THAT THEY CAUSE YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! TO THE REST OF US THAT HAS EATEN THE LOSS, MAY WE RECOVER ALL. DR. ROBINSON I PRAY GOD'S MERCY ON YOUR SOUL AND THAT HE DOESN'T DESTROY YOU WITH VIOLENT CALAMITIES. CIAO~As much as I've refrained from writing this review, I just can't help but think of the next person thinking of considering this whack company for help on their dissertation. My last straw was this weekend when I tried contacting the owners and he ghosted me after responding to my email asking when I paid(mind you I paid 2years ago). This has been the worst investment I ever made. I paid close to 10K for support and it was hell. They hound me for the money and never delivered on the services they sold. Terrible experience and please take heed to all of what people have been saying because I have experienced similar things with this company. DON'T INVEST WITH THEM. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fraud
I hired WritersER, owned by Dr. Anthony Robinson out of Florida, and paid over $21,000 in total, including an initial $12,000 upfront and subsequent payments via bank transfer and Zelle due to what I was promised.The services were supposed to include academic writing support for multiple academic programs.The first writer assigned missed multiple deadlines and then later admitted he had not been paid by the owner. Then the owner took over as a writer, I received a paper that was flagged for plagiarism and a failing grade, which negatively affected my academic standing. The second assigned writer, Juliane, also informed me she had not been paid and eventually resigned. I was left without any support and was not informed of any internal business issues upfront.l attempted to reach Anthony Robinson multiple times by text, email, and phone. He did not respond until I posted a public review.The projects remains incomplete, and I have documentation (payment records, emails, contracts, and texts) to support this experience.My review reflects direct, documented experience with WritersER and Anthony Robinson. As of yet, I haven’t received my money back nor completed services for my financial investment. The owner hasn’t not made things right on my investment.

As much as I've refrained from writing this review, I just can't help but think of the next person thinking of considering this whack company for help on their dissertation. My time at WritersER was a complete disaster. They claim to offer writing services for students, but it's all a scam. They pay their workers almost nothing, even managers, and some don't even get paid at all! The boss is manipulative and creates a toxic work environment. They also lie to customers about refunds and use AI to write papers, which is completely unethical in academia.If you're a PhD / ABD student or looking for a job, stay far away from WritersER. They don't care about their employees, their clients, or doing the right thing.Also, pay us, you still have our hard-earned work of 400-600$, it's not much, but we need that money to support our family.If somebody can help us, get our salary, please reach us. Thanks!

SCAMMING COMPANY WITH NO EXPERIENCE IN WRITING
I have no idea how anyone would give WritersER a 5 star rating. Are they paying for those ratings and giving people discounts to write about their experiences? My experience was a total devastation. I am now fighting the Credit Card company because there were no services rendered by WritersER and the quality of their edits was at a high school level not at a graduate level. They were late to deliver any edits on the dissertation and their excuse was that their writer is in a different timezone. When I spoke to Kimberly (their aggressive salesperson) she apologized and said if I would consider using them again at another time, that was not what I expected since she knew I was extremely disappointed. Never did Anthony Robinson, the President of the company call me to apologize and see how WritersER can remedy the situation, instead they went ahead and charged my credit card the first payment of a $4,000+ contract and I had to put a stop payment on with the Credit Card company. Somehow they were able to find a text that I thanked them for an email and that was enough for the Credit Card Company charge me for something WritersER did not work on or deliver on time. It has been five months or writing letters and showing proof that their writer and account managers are incompetent. I will continue to write these reviews so they are shut down and stop stealing people's hard earned money as they do not know what they are doing and do not provide any services that they claim on their website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EDITING SERVICES ESPECIALLY NOT FOR YOUR DISSERTATION. THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Not worth your money, very disappointed
I'm not sure what happened to this company, but I used them in early 2023, and they did a great job. So I returned in 2024, and it has been one disappointment after another. Poor communication with the customer, broken promises, failure to return products or meet deadlines. I sent an email with my grievance to the owner and 3 other employees, and not once they reached out to rectify the situation or apologize. I lost all my money and got nothing of value from them. The small amount of editing they did for me was substandard. Do NOT Recommend.
