Bellevue Mall....22/6/8Purchased a latte and a blueberry muffin. Jack wouldn't let me have a hot water ! When I said I'd never heard of a coffee shop that did not have hot water.. he looked at me blankly and never answered! Very polite! Starbucks for me next time ! Beverley Harding
