As a 70+ guy of limited technical skill, I received the most competent and kind assistance in setting up my Wise account. Andm if that were not enough. a few hours later I received a check-in call to see how I wqs managing. The phone is great but the customer care is superb.
I bought a product that is locked. I have no way to contact the carrier to unlock it, and customer service is non-existent. I tried contacting them with no avail. Unlocking the phone with a third-party company, even if legit, costs over $400, while doing it directly is FREE. The whole situation is something that they should have checked in the first place. Never should've happened. This has been a very frustrating experience. Not recommend it.
