Poor customer service
Have emailed this garage twice regarding a vehicle I was very interested in…not one response! Phoned up too, but the phone rings without being answered…obviously not serious about things, so will take my business elsewhere…very disappointing!

Today I have collected my car. The experience of buying this car has been so easy and stress free. Everyone we dealt with was kind, helpful and straightforward. Which is exactly how I like to be dealt with.The car is very high quality and has a good after sales service. All the cars on the forecourt look quality vehicles and I highly recommend you visit to purchase your next car.

Absolutely first class service and after sales from these guys. Recently bought a Land Rover discovery from them, nothing too much trouble. Love the car. They definitely go the extra mile and for a woman on her own that’s everything.

What a fantastic experience on buying a used car. Darryl and his team were excellent. They knew what they were talking about & genuinely seemed to care about their customers. I spoke to Darryl on a Monday morning to say I was interested in a Ford Focus he had up for sale. We had arrange to come and look at the car on the Friday morning. He then asked me if I wanted to just look at it the car & proceed from there or if I wanted to drive away with the car on the Friday(which I did). So throughout the course of the week, he serviced it, MOT’d it, and put x4 new tyres on it. I arrived Friday morning, the car was presented exactly how I expected it to be and it looked immaculate. We sorted payment and I drove away with the car the same day. No hassle and no issue in the customer service side of things. Top job fellas! 10/10 would recommend & I would 100% buy a car from these guys in the future!

Buying a car can be a stressful business. Not so with Wirksworth cars however. I was looking for something with a towbar and came across these guys on the net. Their reviews were all excellent so I just had to go and have a look. Paul was very welcoming, nice to deal with, and having had a test drive I decided to purchase.On collection I found the vehicle excellently prepared and Darryl had ,without my asking fitted 2 new front tyres (small tear in existing one) and new rear discs.Thanks also to Sam for sorting out the paperwork.I am really pleased with the vehicle and can thoroughly recommend Wirksworth cars.

Collected my new car yesterday and I was not disappointed after my 5 hour train 🚂 journey it was as the guys described they even collected me in my new car when we go or to the garage they left me alone to look over my new vehicle they wasn’t pushy nothing was to much trouble they done everything they said would be done I would definitely recommend and use them again very pleasant and very pleased with my kuga thank you very much guys

I had to give one star as there wasn’t…
I had to give one star as there wasn’t an option to give none. This establishment should hang it’s head in shame. My daughter had recently had a baby and was looking for a reasonably priced family car. She bought a Mondeo 1.6 diesel on a 62 plate from them 5 months ago and has had nothing but problems with it. They had it back and replaced the injectors with refurbished ones but it has broke down again and out of warranty period. My daughter is now left with a vehicle which is useless and she can’t afford to have it put right. I also was to mention a hose under the bonnet which was held together with silicone. A real bodge job. You should hang your head in shame, I don’t know how you sleep at night.

I highly recommend them and will be referring them to family and friends and will definitely use them in the future again on our next purchase. The car was serviced and valeted when collected and they even went out of there way to pick us up from the train station. Excellent service

Outstanding service from a truly brilliant Car Dealership
I recently bought my new car from Wirksworth Cars and travelled over 60 miles to get it, having paid a deposit before visiting for a test drive. The pictures and advert were absolutely honest and fair. The communications with Darryl at the garage both pre and post purchase were outstanding. There was a minor issue with the car and as we were a fair distance away, they told us to get it sorted locally and they would reimburse us which they did promptly and with no issue. I cannot fault the honesty and fairness of this garage. It is refreshing to deal with such nice and honest guys when buying a car. These guys set the standard in car sales. I am totally delighted with my purchase. I would happily travel to them again if I needed another car in future and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car purchase. Top marks to a great car dealer.

I purchased a used car from these guys Brilliant customer service, nothing was to much trouble, I had a problem with the turbo and straight away they booked it in no questions asked and sorted the problem.I would highly recommend this company purely for there professionalism and caring nature towards there customers.Darryl and his team are a credit to the industry.
