Horrible company want answer you bought…
Horrible company want answer you bought gift card and yet to get! Was a Christmas gift and was very embarrassed that my daughter in law didn’t have a gift! Sorry sorry I would not Buy nothing from this company. Amd all those reviews about good customer service please send your number or email because they dont respond to the ones I have

Great wines and service!
We are really enjoying our Winestyr membership! The wines are diverse and from smaller producers and their customer service is terrific. We recently joined an online wine tasting event and found that very enjoyable. Give them a try!

amazing customer service
Emily and the staff at Winestyr are amazing and are very responsive. I had some issues with fedex during my recent order and Winestyr was able to track it down and get it sent back out right away, all along with keeping me updated along the way. If you enjoy wine, and the experience of learning while you drink I highly recommend joining.

Winestyr customer service is top notch
Winestyr customer service is top of the line. I had a few delivery issues (all my fault) and the customer service department was extremely attentive and helpful in resolving these issues immediately. They stayed on top of the problem and coordinated with FedEx until the issue was resolved, all the while being extremely friendly along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to join a wine club!!!

Amazing Wines and Experience
I joined Winestyr shortly after moving to Chicago from SF in the hopes of finding a great place to keep my wine exploring strong even further from the west coast. Winestyr fit the bill and is just an amazing experience overall. From the ease of booking an appointment to taste wines in their brick and mortar locations, to the quality of the wines, as well as their presentation - I am so happy with the full experience. Not to mention, their wine shipping is quick/efficient and still gives you all the details on the wine you were hoping to remember from when you tasted them! I would recommend Winestyr to anyone who loves exploring and tasting new wines and cares about winemakers and their stories.

Top Notch Customer Service from Winestyr
I was sent a gift of two bottles through Winestyr. There was a problem with the delivery (not Winestyr's fault) and they stepped in and made everything right. Very impressed with their commitment to excellent customer service. Tried one of the wines which was very good, still have not opened the second, but looking forward to it. I'm a tough grader but these guys delivered. I noticed that another reviewer had a negative experience with Winestyr's service and delivery, but in my case they took very good care of me.

I am a newbie to Winestyr but so far it has done nothing but impress. If you're a wine lover, I strongly recommend it -- great way to support small vineyards! When I first registered, my address was inputted incorrectly, therefore, my first shipment was sent to the wrong address. When I contacted Winestyr, they took care of it with no problem.

BEWARE
BEWARE! I BELIEVE WINESTYR IS A BIG SCAM! I’m not one to ever write negative reviews... I look for resolutions directly with the company. However I have reason to believe Winestyr takes your money and doesn’t execute on shipments. Over the course of two weeks I spoke to three employees, one being Bob, a founder of the company. I was intending to send gifts to 7 clients. They never prepared the order, despite me checking daily, and they ultimately never sent it. My clients received none of the thoughtful gifts or notes I’d put together for them. Two years ago I did another large order with Winestyr and not a single one of my clients ever acknowledged receiving the gifts. I’m now realizing that they were probably NEVER SENT in the first place even though the orders were paid in full! I’ve looked back at my correspondence back then, and when I asked for tracking information, it was never shared with me. Complete failure. Possible fraud. Beware.

Winestyr is a fantastic company
Winestyr is a fantastic company. We have discovered some fantastic wine through the membership there at a reasonable price. The wine they provide is mostly from small vineyards you can’t find elsewhere. I recommend them to friends often. We recently received a bottle that was included in the member shipment that was not up to typical Winestyr standards in our opinion. When we shared our feedback they promptly sent a replacement. They exemplify fantastic customer service.

I recently ordered 6 bottles of a Pinot noir on a Friday and was amazed when it was delivered on Monday. The staff is extraordinarily efficient and helpful and the wine is always good.

Winestyr provides excellent and friendly service! I ordered some wine and they accidentally sent me the wrong bottle, with a few hours of my reaching out they shipped me the correct wine and let me keep the other bottles as well. Every wine I've gotten from them has been excellent!

Love, LOVE, Winestyr! Each wine club shipment is filled with the classics as well as something fun and new to try! Winestyr has really expanded my wine horizons! I've never had a bottle I didn't enjoy. Would highly recommend
