I cannot criticise the wheels but .....
I cannot criticise the wheels themselves as they are excellent and have given my dog her freedom back. I can sadly raise awareness of concerningly poor customer service and what to be wary of. The customer service when you make enquiry to purchase is very helpful but if you have a complaint it is non existent. After purchase of the wheels despite communications and advice on size/type harness etc, I found I had a lot of additional expenditure with upgrading various parts and accessories at considerable expense, a lot of which could have been avoided and I evidenced this. I wont go into all of the long details of what and how evidenced but all I asked for was a £20 refund (as all the money came out of pugs medication account) on the extortionate postage costs to receive and return inappropriate sizes of various items necessary for the frame to fit. Despite spending spent several hundred pounds with them and I have been totally ignored. Promise of a manager calling me has not happened and a recorded delivery letter to the director of the company totally ignored. No doubt they will come back on this review with excuses and reasons why this happens but I have waited several weeks now before posting this review (having been asked by them twice to leave a review) to give them ample time to respond to me but no communication from them at all I just wanted to say - wheels fantastic (in the end) but be very wary of getting caught with additional costs you were not expecting.

Excellent customer service from a genuinely caring company
I received excellent customer service from this company who I felt were not only extremely helpful and responsive, but also genuinely caring. Unfortunately, after purchasing and trialling a wheelchair at home for a few days, it didn’t turn out to be suitable for my elderly dog, but this was no fault of the product (which seemed very high quality) or the company. I therefore returned the wheelchair and received an immediate refund. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Wheels4dogs to anyone looking for pet mobility aids.

The best customer service
Amazing customer service and friendly advice. We needed a few tweeks to our wheels before getting them right but the whole team couldn't have been more helpful. Speedy service too. 100% recommended!

If it fits great if not be prepared for a lengthy wait for your money
I accept that even though they suggest a size of brace it may not actually fit but when you take the trouble to ask advice for size first rather than go on what you think and then immediately return it via recorded delivery same day - next day service and they then have the gall to hold onto your money stating we get many returns to process. It kind of begs the question why so many returns if you are getting it so wrong ?? We are not talking a big trading industrial estate unit here but a private house as per evidenced on Google maps re return address. So no I definitely would not recommend!! AVOID!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service and refund policy. We purchased some socks and a wheelchair a few months ago to help our dog with spinal cancer, sadly they weren't suitable but wheels4dogs really made the process of trying different things to help our dog as stress free as possible, you can tell they really care.

I would like to thank wheels4dogs for the brilliant service they gave us a few weeks ago, my wife had already bought a wheelchair for our dog who suffers from wobbler syndrome, but after trying him for a while it looked like he needed the front wheel supports, so went online and ordered them, but a couple of days later had a phone call saying they were out of stock. We still wanted them so left the order online with them and were prepared to wait the 2 weeks or so for new stock, but a day or so later another phone call to say they had managed to source some from elsewhere and would sent them out straight away. There aren't many companies that will go the extra mile for you but this is one of them, He is now getting used to his new front wheels thanks to Wheels4dogs. Great service and brilliant people to deal with. Thank you very much

Help From Start To Finish
Becki, the business owner has been very helpful to my wife and me. Our dog suffered paralysis in his back legs and Becki advised us on the type of wheelchair and how to introduce it to our dog. The wheelchair was of very high quality, with excellent instructions delivered via a DVD. A few months later our dog died and we eventually came around to selling the wheelchair. Becki has a couple of services in this regard, and we were able to sell the wheelchair at a reasonable price. I certainly recommend wheels4dogs.
