I took a chance and installed this…
I took a chance and installed this mahogany wood floor look flooring in my workshop. I know it's not the typical application, but the comfort and appearance were too good to pass up. It looks fantastic and provides a wonderfully cushioned, comfortable feel underfoot during long hours. I'm hopeful it holds up well over time, but so far, it's been a perfect upgrade.

Very Questionable Quality and Fitment. Bulge when weather gets warm
We bought the 3/8" Multipurpose mat from this company about a year ago. The price was decent compared to other brands and now we know why. Whenever the weather gets hot (we live in California, hottest days are in the 90s), these mat would bulge. No matter what we do (place heavy items on there), it'll just remain bulging. We had to trim a few pieces, which helped for a little while but they bulge back in different places when the temperature rises. The mats are placed in our living room which does not have any direct sunlight throughout the day. This is very frustrating and we would not recommend buying from this brand. What a waste of $500!

Changed from one star to five star. They reached out based on the email I sent them (not my original review here) to understand what happened and assist. They discovered the cause of the multiple pending charges (not caused by we sell mats).Placed an order (not using PayPal). Order was shipped promptly.I don't care for theshop.com platform. I've had many problems purchasing from places that use it. We sell Mats is an exception in my book, they do a great job, and the product seems very good.

I bought 52 mats online from we sell mats. I realized I needed several more as I measured for 12x16 instead of 12x18. I contacted them the next morning and Missy followed up with me to make sure my needs were met.. She was very thorough and helpful making sure that the extra mats I bought were identical and were the right fit. Great customer service. The mats arrived 4 days earlier than quoted as well. Great product. Will buy again for my next project.

Amazing
Amazing! This was a large order and they were very responsive with shipping updates as I had to send the mats to my apartment. Quality is beyond expectations and my students LOVE the equipment! One said she wants an octagon roller for Xmas!!

Excellent Service
I ordered samples from the WSM and chose the color and design. I sent my order to the company and a few days later I received my tiles but to my surprise the tile was not the same color as the sample that had chosen. Emails/texts were sent back and forth between their customer service and me. Long story short they sent me a new set of samples and the matter was resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Perfect handles for carrying fabulous mats
I ordered four purple folding to take with me on a trip to the National Women's Martial Arts Federation annual conference in early August. I used the mats to teach my class on knife defense techniques. The mats were perfect for me to transport in my car and move into the facility. The handles are brilliant and the weight of the mats made them easy to use. Other instructors used them as well. I will be ordering more.

Love These Carpeted Foam Tiles
I love these carpeted foam tiles. They work great for spaces that have hard wood floors with no cushioning and are very nice to both the touch and to sit on. I like that there is border included and they interlock pretty well. My only con was a couple loose brown tiles that were not in the sealed packs, were faded slightly lighter. In some spaces it’s not a big deal, but for my living room it is a bit more noticeable. Totally worth the order and the price was great. Will definitely order more as needed.

Great customer service!
I ordered a air mat for my daughter to use in our home. We use the product on carpet but unfortunately we had a problem with the product holding air and deflating. Much to my surprise customer service reached out after finding out about the problem and agreed to ship a replacement. This level of customer service is unheard of in today’s society. It speaks volumes of their customer service, willingness to stand behind their products and loyalty. Thank you for your assistance We Sell Mats!
