disappointing experience
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the selling agents. As a potential buyer, I submitted an offer on a home that had 3 offers, including mine. After submitting, I expected at least a courtesy update—especially once the listing status changed to pending. However, the agent never responded or acknowledged our offer, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.In real estate, respectful and timely communication is key, and this lack of follow-through is not what I’d expect from someone representing sellers. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable working with or recommending this agent in the future.
