I recently purchased a water filter and had such a positive experience with the customer service that I felt compelled to leave a review. While I haven’t installed or tried the product yet, the buying process itself was smooth and reassuring.Krystal provided outstanding support from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt confident in my purchase decision. Great Customer Service
I miscaluclated the space I had available under the kitchen sink and needed the return the RO unit I bought from Waterdrop. I found their customer service exceptional; highly responsive and made the process very easy.

Easy installation. Tasty water.
It was easy to install. The water flow is very good. The tab water is tasty, great for drinking and cooking . I've been using the system for couple of weeks only. So far there are no complains.

Good customer service and easy…
Good customer service and easy communication. I initially ordered a bottleless water cooler from iSpring company, but I returned it because the water quality was not satisfactory and the customer service experience was disappointing. In contrast, I am very satisfied with the water cooler from Waterdrop, which provides excellent water quality along with outstanding customer service.

The customer service of this company, specifically, Krystal has been fantastic. I have run into a few issues and their response time and ability to help is above and beyond most companies. Krystal in particular was helpful, kind, and really responsible. I can't say enough good things about her.

Price of my X12 water filter dropped…
Price of my X12 water filter dropped after my initial purchase, and I was outside of the "price guarantee" period, but Waterdrop customer support team still provided a price match to refund me the difference. I'm very satisfied about that.

I love my waterdrop filter system
I love my waterdrop filter system. The water actually has a noticeable taste difference. I had an issue with my original dispensing system and their customer service (Doreen) was wonderful and made sure I was able to get a new one within two week of my original email. it was nice to actually talk to someone and not an AI machine, she stayed on top of my order and followed through, 10/10 will be ordering again!
