I am so happy with my experience! Not only did I get my watch back exactly when they said I would, but it also looked and functioned like it was brand new—it winds so smoothly now. I highly recommend this company. They were fantastic to work with, kept every promise, and answered all of my questions.
I wanted to share my experience with watchrepair.net, and conversations I’ve had with Jeff Herman, the owner. It turned out to be a great experience. I sent my watch securely. I was given a quote to repair it. It was repaired within the designated time and shipped back securely in excellent condition. I had taken my watch to a local jeweler who completely ruined it. When I got it back. It was in two pieces had missing screws and needed a minute pinion. The cap was broken off. I tried other jewelers locally who wouldn’t touch it. I sent it to Rolex, they wouldn’t touch it. Jeff did an excellent job. His team communicated well. I had real trust issues in the beginning but now I’m a fan thank you Jeff and watch repair team.
I contacted them via their webpage about an Omega planet ocean chronograph repair. They charged my card for to and from shipping and told me that they would send a pelican case to ship it to them. The case never arrived and after 3 months of waiting they called asking for credit card info so they could ship a pelican case to me. I declined. Today (3 months later). They are charging my card again for shipping. I am now involved in a transaction dispute with them for their fraud. No way, am I going to send a $13,000 watch to them if they can't get billing correct for 3 months, then double charge me without consent. If you can't get THAT right, what the h3ll are you going to do to my watch, let alone will it even be MY watch when I get it back? Even then, THAT is considering that I would even get it back ever.
As a new customer I was initially concerned about the company and felt it important to do some investigation prior to sending off the watch.I first reviewed their online videos. After that I spoke with Jeff. My conversation with Jeff validated the videos, process, and reliability; I felt better about my choice. My decision was made, and I sent off the watch.Jeff kept me informed of the repair status throughout the process. The pricing never changed from the initial estimate save for a replacement dial I elected to add. The watch came back looking terrific.Jeff and team are very professional. I will recommend them to several friends who are Rolex owners and look forward to additional business.
After writing a negative review earlier this year about the repair of my Gold Rolex Day/Date, Jeff Herman, owner of WatchRepair.net personally contacted me to review and resolve the problem. The watch was sent back to them and was promptly re-serviced and returned to me in perfect operating like new condition. As a previous business owner, I understand and really appreciate the personal service from Jeff and his staff of watch expert technicians wanting to make things right for 100% satisfied customers.I undoubtably will recommend WatchRepair.net to anyone having problems with higher end watches.

Very satisfied with the service. Better shipping security that the Rolex Service Center in Texas. Fully explained the what and why of needed repairs, provided estimate of costs and time required. No hidden costs or surprises. Same warranty as Rolex but end item repaired price estimate $400 or more less than Rolex. My Rolex submariner is like new, not a scratch, and timing exact. Returned with tracker insuring receipt, all inclusive of the original estimate. I would recommend this company.
I have a 30-year-old Submariner that was in need to repair. I sent it to Jeff and the communication was excellent. The price was fantastic (about half of what Rolex wanted). More importantly the quality of the service was out of this world and unlike Rolex it comes with a year warranty. If I am alive when it comes time for the next service Jeff’s company will be doing it. I can’t recommend enough
WatchRepair replaced the crystal in my Rolex, due to my accidental breaking of it, and also did the full cleaning and maintenance. They did an outstanding job and kept me informed as the work progressed. GREAT JOB AND GREAT FOLKS..
I had a scratched sapphire crystal on my Tag Heuer watch and my watch had definite signs of wear, so I felt it was time to get it looked at. I researched and found WatchRepair.net. I wasn't familiar with the process and was a little apprehensive about mailing my watch across the country to receive an estimate. I took the risk and was impressed with the secure container they sent to me to send back to them. It was a secure hard case with an inner packing system that completely protected my watch with a numbered seal for security. They also sent a label, so I packed it up and I shipped it out. I was notified by email that they received my watch and the estimate was pending. I spoke to Jeff over the phone and after a nice conversation approved the work to be done . Shortly there after, I received an email that my watch repairs were completed. They verified my address and let me know I would need to sign for my watch on the return. An interesting and impressive thing they did as they were shipping my watch back to me, was use a tracking device that would allow me to track, minute by minute, where my watch was. This was especially important because due to the Global Tech Outage on 7/19 my watch tracking showed a delay. It was re-assuring to know where it was in transit all the way until it's arrival. Very Impressive! My watch looks brand new and I could not be more pleased. I will use WatchRepair.net again and refer them to family and friends.
I highly recommend WatchRepair.net. They did a first class job in repairing my Rolex and making it look like new again. Jeff Herman and his associates were excellent at communicating with me using phone, email and text during the process. The security in shipping the watch and tracking it was exceptional. If you have a special watch that needs repair absolutely go with these guys.
Everything was great. The initial WatchPAk and the updates/communication and most importantly the finished product. My 13 year old watch looks brand new! I have Rolex Milguass that I will surely send to Jeff and crew when it needs servicing in a couple years. I paid for the job yesterday and had the watch back the next day! Top service and good price. Big thumbs up.

I did my due diligence on researching a quality fine watch repair center.I unfortunately didn’t do as well in the past and I paid for it.However when I learned of watchrepair.net I researched them fully.I am happy to say that I have found a quality repair center for all my watches.Jeff communicated with me and kept me informed every step of the way.The security of the watch was superb to and from.I waited for a couple of weeks before leaving a review to see how the watch performed.Ascetically the watch returned cleaned and polished.The only down side in my opinion was the cost of the servicing but when you have watches such as this you shouldn’t be looking for bargain shop prices.Overall I would give them 9 out of 10 and I only take the point away because of the cost. But I will definitely use them for all of my watch servicing from now on.
Great job saving my Omega Speedmaster from water intrusion. Looks and runs like new. Great service experience..the second watch they have rebuilt for me. An older rebuilt watch is like your favorite pair of jeans. I don’t want new. I want an older , well broken in, old friend of a watch on my wrist .Worth every cent.
At first, I was very hesitant to send my watch to an unknown location. I worried that I may not see it again. However, the service was wonderful, the communication was excellent and timely, and my watch came back in beautiful condition. I would recommend this service to anyone who values their watch and has received subpar service in the past from local repair shops.
