Absolutely briliant ! been ordering from there since 2018 and never got negative experience. The quality of models sometimes require extra effort, but the result is comparable to GW stuff. Very good communication with seller always helpful and polite.
Tried multiple times to contact WTG through their internal message system.If you seemingly ask anything, they cancel your account, and can no longer log in to the website.I was able to finally get WTG to send a paypal request (after multiple log-ins created and orders made) only to get my account cancelled after paying.Recommendation - Stay away unless you have someone who has already passed whatever vibe check WTG do. . . deleting accounts as they go(?)
Wartable games are in a league of their own among recasters. Their prices are fair and at most a quarter of what GW lists models for. The sculpt quality is great and often the same as or better than GW sculpts, with the exception of small long items like spears, staffs & snipers, these are often bent but with a bit of hot water & delicate handling can be fixed. I wanted to try multiple resellers for FW models (because who is paying $75 for a single resin mini) and places orders from Black Legion Market, Dark Miniatures & Wartable games at the same time - I got my Wartable minis 2.5 weeks after ordering, my black legion market minis about 7 weeks after ordering, and more than 12 weeks later my dark Miniatures models only shipped a few days ago. In that time I have since received 4 seperate orders from Wartable games, each to my satisfaction. They've even got a nice little loyalty program and always running discounts!In email communications with them, they've been kind, courteous and professional. In such a sketchy recasters market, you couldn't want a better recaster.
Placed a large order for a 40K army. Had some issues with delivery and payment and their inquiry email got bacn to me within 2 days. Honestly thrilled by the quality and promptness of their service and the prices of the models.
Wartable are great I've never had a issue with them neither have my friends amd we've ordered lots off them due to increasing prices of GW. Anyone who talks negative of wt probably work for gw .
I've made six large orders of models from the various Wartable games sites over the years and they've never let me down. I've easily spent £10k with GW and FW in the past and I tend to only use Wartable for casts of FW models so outrageously over-priced that I'd have never bought them anyway. As a modeler, I fancy access to those models I otherwise would not have, but in most cases these casts can also easily pass unnoticed from the originals if either one of double cast lines are concealed (if they're even present). Maybe 10% of the casts are extremely hard to save, but by far in large they are better products than FW sends out, albeit minus instructions (check IMGR for them). They even wash the resin for you ready to prime ffs. As others here are saying, I too have had a slightly miscast set of parts replaced by them, no problem. In all that time whatever domain they changed to I've deal with the same guy and found him to be honest and trustworthy. My tip here would be to be polite and patient with him and he's happy to return the favour. When taking the risk of ordering not strictly legit items that are frieghted like this around the world it is not surprising if they don't feel obliged to fork out if a package goes astray. From my business with them I reckon if one pays, they will send. Maybe double check they have the correct delivery address or get it sent somewhere else if your place is hard to find for couriers. Go in peace.
Honestly never bother reviewing stuff, but didn't realise this guy gets such bad stick. I've been ordering from Uk for nearly 4 years now- maybe twice a year. FW, Tau, LOTR, primaris. All great prints, at great prices. Never had any issues with the guy. Lets be honest, you know what hes selling- its no wonder he operates this way and for so long. Difficult one!
Wish I could write a better review, as I've had good orders from this company before. Model cast quality was good, but the resin may need fixing up occasionally. However, this company is extremely distrustful and unprofessional. If something goes wrong with your order, expect to be flat out ignored. In my case, I had mountains of evidence that the wrong package was sent to me...video, order tracking, photos... even the other customer (who got my order on the other side of the world) contacted them and showed them they had my package (it had my address and name underneath a sticker).Yet War table games refuses to own up to a mistake, and instead will just cast the blame elsewhere or ignore you like a petulant child. So that's who you do business with, Children. Don't expect good customer service. Listen to the reviews here.P.S Payments are made as "Gifts" on PayPal, so good luck getting a refund.
keep away from this money thieves if i can give them a 0 I would.sending sending back broken models and asking for a refund at first they were very helpful, but then they delete it my account and remove all the evidence that showed of the refund talk and send stuff back to them.keep away from this people they will just take and run
Shipping could be anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, one of the better sites I've used. Still doesn't have everything but that's okay. Quality is okay for what you pay for, any shipping problems I've had have always been once it gets to my country, not much the site can do to fix that.
Takes your money, product never arrives. They sent me a bogus shipping notification that claimed it was delivered to an address 200 miles from me. I confronted them and they simply brushed it off that it had been delivered and that was it. Over $150 effectively just stolen.

I have bought plenty of items from this company, and never had an issue. Everything ordered has arrived within 14 days of shipping. Any messages I've asked have been replied to within 24 hrs, and the guy is always helpful.
Complete scam, but I expected as much. Ordered a Broadside and a Sly Marbo just to see what would happen, and like everyone here except for the shill, nothing has arrived and email inquiries lead to nothing.
A total ripoff. Inquiries resulted in responses of shipping delays because of demand and covid. Two months later I gave up and filed a complaint through Paypal. They did an investigation and refunded my payment. I don't know whether or not Paypal was able to get the money from that company.

Total BS! Ordered back on 3-26 and haven't gotten a reply from 6 messages and 3 emails. DO NOT ORDER HERE!! No product. No shipping. No notifications that they are out of stock. Just took my money and NOTHING. Going to try to get my money back but I expect that is about as gone as a fart in a hurricane.
This is One of this companies sister's sites. They are on 3 different websites addresses right now, all done the same way as of writing this. This is an example. ok510dotcom and they seem to change the name often. it's Banner of their site goes by war3 tablegames.I did an order of 220$ of sisters of battle. 4 squads of sisters, Penitent Engines, and the Battle Sanctum. On April 30th. After May 23 I start asking have you shipped? What is the tracking? Through there site. I heard nothing. I gave it 4 days and try to e-mail them at serviceatwar3gamesdotcom from hotmail. Again I heard nothing. So I started to do both every couple of days For a Week. June 4th I let them know I will contact Paypal. Still nothing.I contact PayPal, and Begin the process to get my money back. 2 days in to the process they post a tacking number after it's delivered. I check with fedex about the tracking number I got from the seller because the package wasn't at the house. I found out it was someone else name on the package to Some other address in the city. In short the only thing they had in common was it was shipped to the same city I lived in. Calling Paypal I found out this company has been doing this A LOT and they had Quite a few problems with this company, almost most that have this problem never get their goods. The e-mail they used to contact paypal was floydfranco012atgmaildotcom.Was asked by paypal to get some written document from fedex to the note that my address and name was not linked at all to the tacking number. I just so happen called fedex first and had someone from on hold and put them in a conference call with the pay-pal employee where all the info was given back and forth between the 2 of them com-firing the address was indeed not mine attracted to the tracking number. As this happen to day I should have my money back by the end of the week.Lesson to be Learned if it's too good to be true it most likely is.
After starting a dispute with them over Paypal, they provided an unrelated FedEx Tracking ID that corresponds to a random package that was sent to the same city.Avoid no matter how inexpensive the products are, it is most definitely a scam.
