I had a very disappointing car rental…
I had a very disappointing car rental experience in Morocco. Upon arrival, the agent informed me that I had to pay an additional €15 per day because my credit card was unembossed. This requirement was not clearly stated during the booking process. I only later found it buried in the small print of the terms and conditions.As a tourist in a foreign country with limited options at that moment, I felt pressured into accepting the extra charge. It seemed clear that the agent knew I had little choice but to agree.I strongly advise others to carefully check the credit card requirements before booking. If you only have an unembossed credit card, you may face unexpected charges or difficulties upon arrival.

Going to Ombudsman and Finland customer relationship help
Horror experience with them from start to the end! I raised a complaint and they found another lie after the first one when I did contacted them. I asked them for a letter of confirmation that they closed my escalation and the person over the phone told me that they will not provide me this. You think that without that, I cannot go further? I can, just wanted all to be properly added. I will leave this with the relevant teams as seems lies for every reply. Run from this company as much as you can! As you will be left into the airport with a holiday destroyed, extra charges and no replies from them.
