I must highly recommend Vetdepot to everyone! I have been a customer of Vetdepot for 3+ years and they are absolutely in the top 10 companies I've ever done business with.First, in this economy where prices are increasing on everything, we certainly don't want to have to compromise on our pets needs! Vetdepot has the BEST PRICES, and believe me I've looked around. For instance, at my vet, a bag of sub-q Lactaided Ringers fluids is $47 (just the bag!!) and at Vetdepot it's only $9.99; and the iv line is only $4.99 (at my vet it's quadruple the price). After a certain amount, shipping is always free, which helps a lot. Only a couple of times I've experienced something not being in stock, and the team always has a comparable item to offer me (for instance the type of needle I need) and often I end up switching to the new product.Second, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE! Spencer and Jeri have impressed me multiple times when I've needed help with an order, complained about a product increasing in price, needed a product shipped asap. They always reply promptly and will help however they can with the tools they have. They are always professional and compassionate to my needs. Whether it's pushing ahead a shipment for me or offering a coupon for a percentage off (every dollar counts!), their personalized customer service is truly amazing. Thank you both for everything you do!3) Items are always packed with care. Shipping arrives promptly. They carry every name brand product I've ever needed. I can't say enough good things about Spencer, Jeri, and Vetdepot. I will not be using another website, store, or vet for my pet supplies and I will continue to recommend them as much as possible! Amazing experience! I absolutely love this site! The prices are significantly lower than what I usually pay at my vets' and other online pharmacies. The support team was super-nice and helpful and shipping was free!

Placed an order for meds for my cat. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. Five days went by without any contact from the company. No update on their website. No tracking number. Day five I emailed the company. That was three days ago and no contact or info of any kind. They have my money, I haven't received my order and there doesn't appear to be any way to reach these thieves.
What went wrong? Everything! Ordered script, they took my money and then nothing! Never received a confirmation. I checked with vet office and they did not receive any correspondence from them. I called the number on their website and it does not go to Vetdepot...but a pharmacy that had no information to share. I sent an email to cancel order and received no . Then lo and behold I get an email that they sent the prescription (after I went to a different company to order). I am leery about what I will actually receive.
I want to thank everyone who wrote reviews. I was going to order eye ointment for my dog. Vetdepot price was less than other online pet pharmacies.Much less. Decided to read the fine print on their website before ordering. I discovered that they say they're partnered with Allivet. Allivet price for the ointment is a few more dollars plus $6.95 for shipping. Vetdepot has free shopping. WHY ?My research began, leading me here to you folks.So, I will spend a few more dollars to avoid headaches. Also avoiding the possibility of putting an expired ointment in my dog's eyes.THANK YOU
Communications are really bad with this place. I placed an order for three different items and never received anything and had to call them to find out why. Nobody ever called me to tell me that my vet did not approve two of my items. I was on an autoship for an item that didn't need to be vet approved and they never sent it out after the initial order. When I called to find out what was going on, the rep said she would get it sent out right away but a month later it never came. Tried calling back for several days and a voice message said they were experiencing technical difficulties, and that went on for a few days. When I sent an email over a month ago, I never received a response. Today I get an email saying that my item has shipped., apparently that was the autoship which I needed every month and not every 4 months. Finally had to just cancel and give up on them. I definitely wouldn't recommend if you need medicine for your pets on a regular basis.
One is too many. No response on phone or emails. Who takes the money from your account before they even get vet approval for rx. Still waiting on any response. Customer service sucks!
Customer service is horrible. Does not reply to emails or answer phone. I was charged and order never processed. They have since been reported to my credit card company. They are quick to scan you of your money and not deliver product.
Order was held up due to needing a hard copy prescription mailed. In the meantime they canceled the order w/o notification and did not email or refund the money. They don’t answer emails or the phone so it is difficult to find out anything. So, even after I sent in the prescription they just sat on the order. Follow through and communication sucks. I’m hoping for a refund but I’m almost wondering if they are a one person operation dealing from their house and business ethics are sketchy.
Good and unique products
I purchased a 6 month supply of flea & heartworm medication from Vetdepot on August 14, 2022 for $126.38. My card was charged for it. I then waited and waited for it to arrive. I finally called today only to be told that they did not have it in stock and that I should have been called and the amount should have been refunded. Needless to say, I had never been called nor had I been refunded until I called them. I imagine if I had never called they would have just kept my money without providing the medication. Meanwhile, I’m now left scrambling to get my dog his flea & heartworm medication.
BUYERS BEWARE!! In searching online for rx Interceptor plus for dogs I saw the 6 pack advertised at vetdepot for less than other online stores. Being the sceptic that I am I wanted to know why? I did a little research and read that Interceptor used to be manufactured by Novartis but was discontinued in 2013. Elanco is now the manufacturer not Novartis. I went back to vetdepot website and looked at pictures of the product I needed to buy. In the description and in the picture the brand name at bottom right corner of box says Novartis!! I don't understand how vetdepot is allowed to sell discontinued items!! Is this legal? Does anyone know how they are able to do this to unsuspecting customers?
Terrible customer service. They shipped $340 order 1st class. Took 15 days to get here and order is incorrect. Can't get customer service on the phone, no email response. Shop elsewhere folks! This place is a scam
Good luck getting a real person to talk to on the phone. I tried to call in 2 refills and was directed to leave a message or email them. I did both and it took 4 days to get a reply.
I ordered Welactin and 4 doses of Bravecto. I received the Welactin. My credit card was charged for the FULL order. I left 3 messages and an email and NEVER HEARD FROM THE COMPANY. Now the customer service voice mail is completely full, so they are not responding to anyone.
Company is very slow. I emailed them about the correct vet's fax number and a week later they contacted me saying they don't have the info.I had to provide the info again for them. The next time i went to order i tried to use a coupon code. When it didn't work , i emailed them. It took over 48 hours to get an answer and i needed to email twice to get a response. When i did get an answer they told me i could not use the code and to feel free to shop else where. I will in the future shop with the other site i use, who provides more prompt service and is more efficient with getting my vets info. These are items I purchase monthly for maintenance so, if they had worked with me they could have gotten continually business.They didn't even offer there normal 15% off coupon? Bad customer service.
Just got off the phone with one of the customer service representative and cannot believe how rude she was. After placing an order on 4/13/18 and being charged immediately I still have yet to receive an email that my order has shipped. So today (5/7/18) I decided to call to see what the hold up was. After leaving a voicemail, a lady called me back and immediately told me that it was my fault the order had not shipped. I completely will accept the fact that I put in the wrong fax number for my vet however #1 why was an email notification not sent to me letting me know that?.. #2 I provided the vet phone number, so a phone call to them would have been appropriate!.. #3 I will never understand how someone as rude as the lady I spoke with (I wish I had her name) could hold a customer service position in a company. My husband and I run a business and I handle all of our customer service. I would never accuse a customer of being in the wrong the way this lady did. NO responsibility was taken on their part and honestly, there is no excuse for this type of customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from this site again due to the HORRIBLE customer service and lack of communication.
