I am very impressed with the build…
I am very impressed with the build quality and performance of my new Breeze 1. From the way it was packaged, to ease of assembly, to fit and finish and features to performance on the road all is above expectations. I had the occasion to ask a tech support question and received a prompt and complete reply. Thanks Velotric.

Velotric is a 10 star company for me!
I called customer service for velotric before even receiving our bikes because I had an inquiry. I worked with Joan and she provided excellent customer service. We have been renting the original discover bikes from a local shop for about a year and finally got our own brand new discover 3s! I cant review the bikes yet because they just arrived one hour ago, but I already know they will be great! My experience with Velotric had been a 10 out of 10! Thank you!

Great Bicycle and Excellent Customer Service
Great, prompt customer service from Jonathan and Bok. Issues regarding kickstand and pairing bike with app. All issues resolved instantly! Love my T1ST+. Just road with two friends across Florida on the Coast to Coast Trail - 200 miles in 4 days - all three of us riding Velotric’s T1ST+.
