Great people that provide a great service!!!
What a great service provided by great people. It's disappointing that my own insurance company would not take care of my claim properly without me hiring Vehicle Value Experts. However, I am glad Allstate did this because now I will not file another claim without hiring and professional to represent me.

Great results
Vehicle value experts handled the appraisal and comps for my vehicle claim. The insurance was dead set on a number, which of course, was extremely low. The adjuster wouldn't budge so we exercised our appraisal option per my policy. At appraisal, the independent party was still extremely low with the value of the vehicle. Vehicle Value Experts advised me of an upmire option. End of the day, based off the research, diligence and experience, we were able to receive an additional $6800 for our total loss. I highly recommend working with this firm if you are in the unfortunate circumstance of a total loss with your vehicle.

Leveling the Playing Field
The world of auto insurance claims is a dangerous place for the average consumer. It is filled with arcane rules and regulations, obscure policy mouse type and company friendly interpretations of the rules. The policyholder has almost no chance without an experienced guide and advocate. Robert McDorman and Vehicle Value Experts are the champions you want on your side; they know the law and negotiate with insurance carriers multiple times every day. In a recent total loss claim on my high value vehicle, Robert negotiated an 18% increase over the insurance company offer and a fair value on my behalf. I could not have done this without their help. Above and beyond my expectations
I highly recommend these guys. From the start they were extremely professional all the way to the end. When I talked to them, they listened carefully. They heard my current position and were not hesitant to take my case. Once they compiled all they needed, I sent it in to my insurance and they didn't even try to fight back. They complied immediately. I will most definitely use their services if needed in the future.

strongly recommend: great great great service
We got an unfortunate hit-and-run situation recently and the insurance decide to total our car after some attempts to repair. The insurance gave us a really unfair value of our car, in addition they are charging all excessive fees while the car is at the bodyshop and storage. Luckily for us we got referred to Robert -he is so helpful and works real fast! We talked to him on Thursday; signed the docs on Friday and notified insurance on Monday - and insurance give us a great second offer on Tuesday!! -- which is almost 6000 more than the original offer!!!! we are so grateful and couldnt thank him enough. 😊 Robert also waives us the service fee for the appraisal - we really appreciate, especially given the fact that we recently had a baby and every penny does count a lot for us 😊

Robert is a professional and delivers great results
UPDATE: I had a Better Car Replacement rider on my insurance policy and Robert was able to secure that amount in addition to the increased appraisal value on my car. I worked with Robert at VVE on two different car claims and I am so happy I did because he was able to increase both of my appraisals by a serious amount of money. When I first talked with Robert, I was a little hesitant because I didn't know how long the process would take and I didn't know how much Robert could increase the insurance company appraisal. Robert was upfront explaining the process and I didn't have to pay anything if he couldn't increase my value.

Never be at the mercy of an insurance company again!
When you feel like you are at the mercy of the insurance companies to cut you a fair deal to only find there is a company out there willing to help get the most value out of your vehicle. Dealing with insurance companies can be very intimidating and Robert with Vehicle Value Experts took all the intimidation and worry from me and my husband. The insurance company wanted to only pay around $22,000 and Robert was able to increase this to over $25,000. Im thankful to my body shop for pointing out the Appraisal clause in our auto policy and pointing me in the direction of Vehicle Value Experts! With the background Robert has in this field made the process so seamless and smooth. He is truly and Expert in my book! Thank you Robert!

Insurance company recommended Vehicle value Experts from past arbitrations as a company that had many succeses with obtaining additional value for clients. Process was explained clearly and succinctly. VVE went to work and I had a positive outcom. Within a week I had a settlement.
