VapeTM has done a great job from the sales team to customer support. Feels like they care and are genuinely concerned which means the world when you’re having trouble shooting. They have a good system with returning your calls & they even keep track if they’ve completed the call and tha to me just shows top tier professionalism.I will add this but also note I’m understanding~ You’re better off calling in the morning till about 2pm. Any time after that it can *somtimes be hard to get ahold of them but that’s just how it goes! Thank you for such a great experience.

Software & Support Team are Immature
Software is immature, many options do not work or are missing the intended functionality. Further you are locked into their software, Reyeah won't allow you to switch to their software. Support team is not equipped to support you. Each time you request support, they simply have to contact Reyeah and then reach back out with a low-quality support video from the manufacturer. Support seemed to not understand basics of things like firmware, hardware, software, etc. One of the interactions with the support they were downright condescending in the email of all places.To be completely fair, the machine itself works great as itself delivers the products as intended and even knows when it fails to deliver the product. If you want anything beyond the basics this is not the machine for you. The moment you want to customize the machine with themes, categories, or other already listed functionality the system is just not capable. Adding advertisements, to the top and front functionality does not work as advertised. The shopping cart feature is a complete disaster as well. Too many broken/missing functionality pieces to name in this box. I offered to hop on a call with their team to offer valuable feedback before placing this review. They originally set a date but then cancelled the meeting without reaching out. I reached out to them about this, they said they were too busy. No follow-up was ever received by VapeTM or their team from this date, over a month ago. I'm still looking for a new supplier, for machines supplier as I don't have faith in any ability to scale with VapeTM.

First Machine Experience
Ordering, receiving, and configuring the machine was very easy. We had a problem with my credit card reader activation. Once that was fixed, another issue on the vendors end caused the reader to not work. Support was great and helped resolve the issue. Hopefully the second machine won’t be as annoying to get activated. Otherwise, I’m happy with the experience.

So far VapeTM has been a good company to do business with. Dakota especially has gone over and above to help us start our business and learn the machines and the portal. He is responsive and works all ours every day. As we continue to grow our business we will use Dakota and vapeTM
