The price was great. The only issue was that nobody wrote anything down so I got called after I had been in there talking to the guy at the front desk about changing the paper. He called me and went through the old order off the internet and I told him. " don't you remember I was just in there yesterday and we talked about all this and he did not remember a thing and nothing was written down. He had no clue. Not a good look. But we worked it out. He caught saying it was not his department.

Wasn’t when promised. When delayed no contact that it would be late. Also was told thrn it would be fine Friday and I’d get a call. No call. Website not updated with hours. Closes way too early to pickUp. No weekend pick up hours.

I don't know why I haven't reviewed these guys here before now, because encouraging and supporting great small businesses is something we should all do more of. We've used USA Printing for 10+ years and they are our go-to choice for pretty much all 4 color printing. We've also used most of the large volume printers (and several other small local shops) so have a pretty good basis on which to judge. We've had USA produce everything from catalogs to DVD inserts to flyers to brochures. Their printing is always high quality, and turnaround is generally very quick. We're pretty price sensitive, and USA is always competitive and sometimes the least expensive off the bat. When I've found lower prices at competitors, they have, in almost all cases, matched it. (Do make sure your price match includes shipping, as we've been dinged on that a couple of times. But hey, people need to make a profit.) Quality is excellent. I can think of two occasions over 10+ years and probably 100+ jobs where something missed the mark, and they were quick to make it right. Turnaround is generally quick, and if you need something super fast, they can generally help you out.And they're a lot easier to work with in terms of preparation of artwork and what they can work with compared with the other large competitors where everything is automated. Oh, and you're dealing with real people here that you can get in touch with, which is becoming a rarity these days. They answer the phone and actually respond pretty quickly to emails... something you *definitely* won't find with the bigger guys.You know the old joke of "price-quality-speed, pick any two?" Well, with USA, you generally get all three, which in our experience is pretty uncommon.So I'm always happy to recommend and support a small business that does great work. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
