Total scam
Total scam. They don't account for accessories that go with the bike and the offer they gave me for an expensive bike was insulting! Don't waste your time or money on these guys, they trying to get you to pay their rent in California.

The bike is perfect
The bike is perfectly working and I am very satisfied with it. The instructions on how to mount it and take care of it were very clear. The delivery was delayed but nothing too bad. I really suggest buying a second hand bike here!

A great bike dealer
I was hoping to buy a Pedego Element in red for several years. When the time finally came, I found that they were not available in any color, except a platinum edition. Pedego had also closed many of their dealerships, including the one I had been to.While searching for the value of my old bike (selling to a friend), I checked out the Upway website. Not only did they have the bike I wanted, but a dealer had also installed whitewall street tires ($100 value) on it. I checked it out and decided that even with shipping, it was a pretty good deal.The bike arrived in three days, well packaged and intact. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Friday. It’s condition was exactly as described down to every minor nick in the paint. They had said this was a dealer sale with less than three miles; it was .3 miles. I got a brand-new bike with upgrades and even after tax and shipping, it was $700 less than a new bike from a Pedego dealer.I called Upway to ask for a link to write a good review. I hate reviewing things, but this experience was great. When my wife is ready to upgrade her ride, Upway is the first place I will look.

Upway is GREAT
Upway is GREAT! The ease of checkout, and once you have made your purchase the tracking of the shipment was fantastic. Upway hit a Grand Slam, the packaging around the bikes was incredible. We chose the 15 minute setup and it took me roughly 20 minutes just because I was being overly careful and reading every instruction to the T. Super Simple to put together and again the packaging is great. FedEx could have air dropped these in the forest and they wouldn't have had a scratch on them, I was really impressed. Great Job Upway!

I’ve both purchased a bike from Upway and sold one to them, and each experience was exceptional. The bike I purchased was very fairly priced and arrived in even better condition than described. When I sold a bike, they offered a strong value and deposited the funds via ACH within 24 hours of receiving it. Bike arrived much sooner than I’d anticipated. I was not aware new shocks have “tank oil” that must seep out. Thought the shock was blown. Upway’s response was so great! This is a really decent outfit!

I sold and purchased a bike
I sold and purchased a bike, everything went very smoothly. Extremely automated process, sent request to bid on my bike, sent quote, accepted quote , ordered box, prepped bike , received shipping tag from upway, sent away and received acceptance and check routing info, super smooth sell. Purchase was just as smooth, reviewed pics, texted a few questions, purchased bike, bike arrived, only had to install bars, throw a little air in tires and off I went on a 30 mile ride. It’s the way, in modern e-bike transactions, rotate your old e-bike before it ages out.
