Lets ve honest alot of these reviews are real customers with bad experiences with these horrible wigs that allow this company to pay them to remove their honest review. I am not removing my review for the 30.00 they offered. This wig looks natural, its soft but it SHEDS not a little a whole lot. I was advised to wash it and add silicone to it by this company and that doesn't work. My hard earned money just taken because a company refuses to do the right thing which is give me a full refund or a BETTER product 🤔. People please STOP lying in these reviews

My BEAUTIFUL WIG!!
Well I place an order on Feb.21 & got it Feb.27!! I was VERYY worried at first caz of the wrong tracking info that was sent to me, but I emailed them & a NANCY & an ANNIE did respond to me.it was a rocky start but between the two of them it was resolved & I received my BEAUTIFUL WIG!! This is my 3rd wig frm them. 2 frm the company itself & 1 frm amazon. Beautiful each time!! Some ppl hve said negative thgs abt this company but so far with me it’s been slam dunk each time! Their wigs are very realistic & BEAUTIFUL 😍

I am giving 4 stars only because I had to switch the wig due to order delay and I couldn't wait over 2 plus weeks. Otherwise than that the support team was very helpful with assisting and making adjustments. I will give them another try when I order my next wig. I have not received the hair yet, when I do I will be sure to come back and post an honest review.

Poor Quality Products and Unfair Return Policy
I ordered two wigs from this company and both were of very poor quality compared to the images and description provided online.When I tried to initiate a return through their website, the return feature was disabled. I contacted customer service and sent photos as evidence of the issues. Instead of providing a return label or taking responsibility for the defective items, I was instructed to arrange and pay for international return shipping myself before a refund would be considered.This places an unreasonable burden on the customer, especially when the products are not satisfactory. After several emails, the company has not offered a fair resolution.I would advise potential buyers to be cautious and fully understand the risks involved before purchasing.
