Scam!!
Scam!!! They changed their name .Now they are uaevisa.ae. This website is a scam visa service. I paid a high fee and was repeatedly told that my application was “under review,” which was simply not true. No application or reference number was ever provided, and they kept asking for documents I had already submitted.After weeks of misleading statements and wasted time, I applied through another company with the same passport, and my UAE visa was approved within 2 hours. This clearly shows that this website never submitted my application.I have now reported this website to official authorities and will take all necessary legal steps to have this website shut down so others do not fall into the same trap. Do not trust this website. Do not use their services!!!

Beware Deposit Taken, Visa Rejected, No Refund
I would give zero stars if I could!Stay away from this agency. They took $820 as a ‘refundable’ deposit, plus the application fee, and completely disappeared. They promised visa approval in 3-4 days, but kept stalling for a month before finally saying the visa was rejected. Since then, no refund, no communication, nothing. This is a scam operation! avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE: uaevisa.aeCheck with your local Government what visa's you need to enter the country we were fooled by this company . We did not know what visa we needed to enter UAE, you would think this company would have known. They took all our information and knowing what country we were from (because you had to give passport information) said we need a visa. Upon arrival to the UAE we said do you need to see our visa? They said no your passport where you are from you don't need a visa to enter UAE. This company charged us $597.00 for the visa's that we did not use. Buyer beware DO NOT USE

They are scammer. I have applied and waited too long, my visa is not granted and all the communication process is fake, they did not even send my visa application to the Government. Waste of time.

Biggest scammers in the world!If you're a person who is in an urgent need of UAE visa and this is the first website you see, you will be in a big financial loss and a mess!They charge you 700-1000£ for your visa, the visa doesn't arrive, they portray a fake rejection, and then they never respond to your emails. In my case it's worse! They even promised me my refund and said they have processed it and I never got the money. Chasing since 5 months. Please be ware, please save yourself the time, money and painful nights chasing for your own refund after proving their fraud to the banks. This is not a real service!

You do not need a travel visa to go to…SCAM
You do not need a travel visa to go to Arab Emirates - they just stamp your visa like other countries. They also tried to get my driving license and other form of ID to process my credit card. The total thing is a scam.

Wish I had found them on trustpilot earlier - the name didn't quite line up. They are now uaevisa.ae Scam. Took my USD 229 to process a visa for my nanny. They had her contact/passport information, but my credit card info. They told her they need my ID too. When I said that I don't understand why, they sent an official-sounding email saying their bank flagged the transaction for fraud given the mismatched names (I should have realized then that of course the bank had no visibility on my nanny's info and the payment already seemed complete on my side). They asked for my ID or a photo of the credit card with the 8 middle digits and CVV hidden. I gave select info and they then said to wait 3 business days for processing. I asked them to cancel the transaction and refund me the money as I decided to try with another company instead, as this looked fishy. They said they could not cancel it as the application had already been submitted.The visa from the other company came through in a day. Sure enough, uaevisa got back to me the next week with an official-sounding email asking for another USD 229 claiming they hadn't received the payment yet. I sent a screenshot of my proof of payment. Haven't heard back yet.

FRAUD WEBSITE DO NOT USEIt asks you for all your information, Visa card etc. for visas that you don’t need. It looks legit like it’s the UAE government but it’s not. Their telephone numbers and addresses are FAKE and the Arabic on the website is just random letters!!! Don’t give them a penny!

These people are crooks
These people are crooks. They sell you a visa that you don't require because in my wife's case she was entitled to a visa on entry. Then to make matters worse they even try to charge you for fast service you didn't request. This is not good for the reputation of the UAE!

Avoid uaevisa I applied for my partener they spelt the place of birth wrong I contacted them many times no reply and today I was asked to pay$300 correction fee I SENT THEM PASSPORT PICTURE AND STILL GOT THAT WRONG What a joke !!!!!After that been told that is fine to travel with incorrect personal detailsAVOID AS MUCH AS U CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!

The website is completely scam
The website is completely scam, stay away. I have applied my UAE visa from there and did not get any update or service thati have paid for. They even change the website since then. Since the website is using AE extension how the UAE government letting them to steal peoples money
