Order process was easy and shipping was quick. They had a price decrease and when I informed them about it the promptly refunded me the difference in my purchase price and the the new price. I really like my Typhur Dome 2 and have used it quite a bit already.

Up until the recent incident we had loved the Typhur set but last night while cooking a chicken in the oven one of the probes gave an error saying that it had exceeded maximum temperate. The oven was set to 400 degrees. The probe had to be withdrawn, spilling some of the juice from the meat, and we didn't have an accurate temp on the meat for the remainder of the cook. Disappointed.
I am amazed by my new Typhur Sous Vide machine. Best purchase I have made in a long time! So much information at your finger tips makes cooking a breeze! I have tried several meat dishes so far and they all came out perfect! Awesome purchasing experience as well. Typhur is my new go to for kitchen tools! A +
Their customer service is amazing! The handle broke on my air fryer and they sent us a whole new basket. It was one of the best experiences I have had with customer service in a really long time.
I’m amazed with the different items that can be cooked in the Typhur , plus the self cleanining, this is a great appliance. I like it so much I bought one for my son. It even replaces the George Foreman grill

Probes constantly disconnect and reconnect. Not worth the money.
This is one of the best digital thermometers. Very reliable and the app is amazing. I would recommend this probe over the “popular competitor”
Cooks fast and even
I've owned many wireless probes. The Typher devices are impressive. First and foremost, accuracy and results are leaps ahead of the pack. Multi zone reading is not just a gimmick, it brings actual results. So far, every cook has come out perfect every time. Battery life is a noticeable upgrade over all the others. Probe battery life was the reason I bought these probes to begin with. My Chef IQ probe lost battery halfway through Thanksgiving turkey. Tech support had me jumping through hoops to prove it? I decided to cut my losses. The Typher gold dual set just went through a 10 hour brisket smoke and still had over 85% probe battery left at the end. I appreciate quality tools. I just purchased a second set (Typher Sync) to have on hand. Now I'm considering the counter top oven to match. I give the Typher probes an AAA÷÷÷
Easy handle but you can’t use 2 racks if baking.
