They are scammer they will never give you what you want
They are scammer. I missed my flight and wanted to reschedule my flight which is valid for a year they told me is for a month.they also told me that my ticket was cancelled initially which i refused and chatted the airline about it and the airline told me that my ticket was not canceled but my ticket is open and that i should go and reschedule which travel bata now gave me only one month as max or my ticket will expire
