Possibly a Scam
I received an email notification from TrademarkTok, wherein they offered to assist with our filing of the statement of use (SOU) for trademarking Gnarled Pictures (Serial#:99136067). They claimed that we had to file the SOU within 6 months of receiving the notice of allowance (NOA). Therefore, we paid all the fees in December 2025 for the SOU, as well as provided them with the requested items regarding Gnarled Pictures. However, we have not heard from TrademarkTok since paying, even though we have reached out to them.

⭐ 1-Star Review: No Progress, No Communication – Feeling ScammedI used TrademarkTok to file two trademark applications (Order #S2504041538 and #S2504045896 ) and renew a trademark (Order #RN0404263 ) on April 4th, 2025.Despite paying upfront, I have received:Zero updates on my applications.No responses to inquiries.No progress shown on their portal.It’s been weeks with no communication, and I’m now questioning whether this is a legitimate service or a scam. If there’s a delay, they should at least inform customers proactively.Avoid until they prove otherwise—I regret trusting them with my trademarks and will escalate this legally if unresolved.
