I'm just over one week in, and have had such profound shifts in my body and have had some awesome releases. I never dreamed it was possible to have this much mobility in my hips. I have done other somatic practices, but never experienced results!

A relaxing and enjoyable way to calm and reset your system
The Workout Witch was recommended to me and I signed up for the 3 course bundle, which I've completed several times since purchasing a year ago. I love how soothing and relaxing the classes are, and it only requires around 10 minutes a day. It's made a huge difference to my nervous system and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to try somatic exercises to calm and reset your system.

Learning to Accept and Relax
The sessions are very relaxed while the small movements work muscles that I typically don’t use. The exercises help me recognize where I hold tension in my body and Liz’s affirmations to be gentle and lazy let me allow the tension to be there. I’m trusting that by learning to relax while acknowledging my discomfort will translate into multiple areas of my life.

Game changer
I like how she constantly updates.I like how my body feels after each session. She explains each action clearly and offers solutions for those either injured or not so far along. My only recommendation is that she make the program restartable for those of us that fall off and need to restart and know where they've left off.

This has become my new morning routine. Every day has a 10-20 minute video that's easy to follow. Liz explains it so well, and gives you options so that you can do the exercises in a way that feels good for your body. I'm glad I signed up for the full course of 90 days. Highly recommend!

Better sleep quality from day one
So far, the videos have been clear and easy to follow along to, I love how you can do these in bed. I missed one day as I was travelling, and there were clear instructions on how to resume the course whilst still getting all the benefits. Also, the quality of my sleep has been much better since the very first video!

I struggled at first & kept starting over at day 1 again & again because consitency is difficult for me. Once I decided to just keep progressing even if I missed several days, that's when the course became a very positive experience for me. It's taken a while for me to get to day 14, and I feel great about it! A few minutes into the video, I go from anxious, tense and stressed out to noodley and relaxed. What an instant turnaround! It will be a very happy day when I stop experiencing resistance to doing things that I enjoy. I appreciate this series and I am going to stick with it, in the way that's working for me. 🪷

Through this class, I’ve realized that I’ve been clenching my sacrum/low back for maybe my entire life! Feeling it fully relax through the classes, I’ve been sometimes able to relax it when I’m just standing or walking and everything feels so free and loose. Honestly, life changing.
