I have been using the services of Thespanishgroup since 2024. If anything, they have improved their services. In addition to providing an excellent product in record time, they communicate thoughtfully, effectively and around the clock. My expectations have been exceeded and they were very high.

I asked for a quote first. Then I saw the pricing list and both gave me the same price. I accepted and paid. Minutes later they sent me emails telling that I should add a service because that is common and I answer saying that no, I do not need it. Then they sent me another e-mail saying that they will charge me double because they didn´t notice the second page. Sorry but if you are going to make changes after I already made the payent that is not correct. I change to another service company and now I am waiting for my free refund.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I accidently ordered certified translation instead of sworn translation. I noticed the error two hours after I made the order and asked them to cancel my order because of the mistake. They refused and instead of me paying them for the work they had already done and stopping, they continued with the order. They then upgraded the order and when I said that I don't wish for them to upgrade it, they have been going back and forth with me about the order even though they claim that they have hassle free cancellations. What a rip off and the mistake is going to cost me thousands of dollars.
These guys are great! They are fast, efficient and professional. I had a nine-page document where several pages were in different languages, initially I used a different translating service and it was a complete fiasco 3 weeks wasted and no translations.Then I found the Spanish group wow not only did they understand what needed to be done. They did it fast and professionally. I could not be more pleased with their service and would use them again in the future for any translation needs I had. I highly recommend them.

Disappointing experience and felt like a bait-and-switch. I used their website quote tool to price my document translation, placed the order, and then was contacted afterwards and asked to pay more due to a price change.They advised cancellation was an option, so I requested to cancel straight away. Instead of processing it, they stalled and kept offering “discounts” against the increased price. After multiple follow-ups from me, they stopped responding entirely.I ended up using another translation service who delivered with no issues. I wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of transparency and communication.
