We purchased our sauna heater from the Sauna Heater and overall our experience was a mix of excellent customer service and some product frustration.Cristian was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to our questions. Customer service is clearly something they take seriously, and we truly appreciated Cristian’s support.Unfortunately, we did run into an issue with the heating element going out. When we reached out, we were told that the element is considered a consumable part and therefore not covered under warranty. That was disappointing, as we hadn’t expected it to fail so soon and were hoping for more flexibility in the warranty support.While we weren’t happy with that particular outcome, I do want to emphasize that the customer service experience itself — especially working with Cristian — was positive and professional. I would just encourage future buyers to clarify warranty details on consumable components before purchasing.
