I have been trying to camel my subscription for months. The cancellation button on their website doesn’t work and their support emai says they will get back with me shortly and never do. Yet every month they send me their products that don’t work! Any suggestions?

I am enjoying this brush, I also make my husband sit and let me do it to his head (helping stop his balding without him noticing 😃)!! I love all the different features working together and it is relaxing to use. I ordered this when the snow storms hit and it was delayed shipping. I got worried after reading some of the other reviews. I reached out to their customer support and they provided me all the details immediately for my package. I received it shortly after.
I love their conditioner!
Zero star. I ordered five as gifts for the holidays, received only one. I am still waiting for four more. Will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This business needs to do the right thing or do not operate. Please do not get scammed, DO NOT PURCHSE.
If I could give them a zero I would. They have refused to cancel my membership and I’ve sent them over 10 emails requesting cancellation. My account is being drained of money for products I don’t use due to them not working. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s a scam!!!
I ordered the Thera brush on November 1st and have received Nothing. I have sent no less than 7 emails to there support email and get the form email prompt in return. This is awful. I think it is a scam. So frustrating. Stephanie
No. Customer service. At all. Return instructions have been requested 5 times and I still haven’t received a response.
So far I am understanding the negative reviews. Beginning with Customer service and ending with a paid item that has a delivered stamp and yet I never received it.I have been back and forth with CS today and not once have they provided a tracking number or an alternate replacement with a different type of delivery other than USPS.I only get back emails that state it takes 6-12 hours for a response. Do better Thera Hair. I finally had to dispute this item with my bank since they purposefully would not provide a solution or tracking number.Beware of doing business with this brand. They are not trustworthy. I did not believe other reviews and thought that they were an exaggeration, but not until you are in that position do you not appreciate the warnings.Below is the email they sent me stating a delay in tracking number details. Was doing ok, not great, with a couple of orders but now…..I placed an order for tonic and it hasn’t shipped in over a week. Very disappointed and frustrated. Update: now they are lying! They just emailed me that they shipped my order but it was shipped back due to a carrier issue. The status never showed shipped and has only shown, for 2 weeks, not shipped yet. This is a scam company!

It looks like fraud. My hairbrush has arrived according to the consignment number. But according to the DHL delivery person, the parcel was not addressed to me. I have not received anything and customer support is not responding.
I ordered the Therabrush, but even before I received it, I decided I no longer needed it or wanted it. I immediately emailed the company. I reached out regarding a refund and received a prompt response, giving me the instructions to return the item in order to receive my money back. After I sent the item, I misplaced my receipt. I was supposed to send them the information they asked for from the receipt. After looking for the receipt for weeks, I finally decided to just reach out and see if they would help me. I’m so thankful that they took the time to use the basic information that I gave them and honor the refund within a couple of days of receiving my email. It was my mistake and they still went the extra mile to make it right for me. Great customer service.
I want to amend my review of the Therabrush Company. After writing a negative review out of sheer frustration, this company reached out to me, apologized for the confusion, made good on their guarantee and refunded my $ in full. I want to thank them for their customer support. Unfortunately the product wasn’t working for me, but it’s not to say others may have a different result. Thank you Therabrush for your attention to this issue.
NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. company uses unheard of shipping courier whose website is very suspicious. Emailed customer support and they said they updated shipping status. After 1 month , no news. They also email you a pyramid scheme marketing scam job after you order with them. BEWARE!!!

Absolute garbage! Took forever to receive it, then when I finally got it, it leaked water out the charging port. Contacted the company to return it, they won’t refund my money, they said they would send another one. I’m still waiting, haven’t received anything. I think cheap and scammy!
Ordered and never received, they refused to refund me or replace even with proof via photos/video the order was never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY that does that to their customers. They will not do the right thing and they will keep your money. Not worthy of 1 star.
I ordered a brush and it was sent back to the sender, I didn't get my money back. I am very sad. No customer service and I don’t have the product but paid for it.No recommendation! I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give less!
