Bella seems to like her new food.
My picky boy Brady loves the Pets Table! He was at a point where he wouldn't eat anything, not even food that I prepared myself. Now when he sees the bag and he smells the food, his tail starts wagging, he runs in circles, and he's so excited! He eats every morsel and absolutely loves it! It's so wonderful to see him so happy about meal time again! And he's healthier and more energetic than he's been since he was a puppy! He will be 7 in April. The Pets Table has changed my dogs life!
Our dog loves his new food! He is overweight and always hungry, so we decided to try giving him 50% Pets Table and 50% of his “diet” food. He loves it and it seems to be more filling for him. As soon as we make it through the rest of our massive bag of “diet” kibble, we will do 100% Pets Table.
I think the packaging for the wet food needs some work. I think it needs to fit in the Tupperware that it comes with. And having to squeeze it out is hard to measure what exactly you are getting out.
We’ve been using pets table 50-50 with her regular food for about six weeks now, slowly transitioning her off of commercial kibble to an air dried diet. Over the last six weeks she has lost a noticeable amount of weight.-in a good way, she’s a lab and loves to eat and got obese. Additionally, her fur has become noticeably softer. Before it felt almost core down her back and now it’s silky smooth. I attribute these changes to a healthier diet, which I hope will translate to more longevity for this girl. Five stars.
All my dogs (3) love the pork stew and appear healthier after three weeks of eating the pets table
Love the ease of shipping and how my dog loves the food. Allergies were a breeze to include. Upping the calories needed per day was a bit difficult to find initially but I upped them after the first two weeks when Sunny dropped some weight. Overall I am going to be sticking with the Pets Table for a long while
After receiving my beginners order from Pet’s Table, I tried every way possible to get my dog to eat this product. He would not. I missed my cutoff date by one day and they charged me $181.03 for my next shipment. I had sent them an email stating I did not want any more of this food, which they ignored. They said that according to the contract that I “signed”, I still owe the money. Don’t get involved with there people. Go on google and ask if they are a scam.
Update 02/28/2025My reply to their email with detailed information and time-line Hello Jhonaddine,Thank you for reaching out.I had two main issues with my trial box experience. The first time I contacted your company was because the trial box arrived missing the scoop. My puppy was only eight weeks old at the time, and without a scoop, I had no way of knowing how much to feed her. After approximately 45 minutes on the phone, the representative told me I could use any cup or scoop.During that call, he also insinuated that my trial box was “free,” which was confusing because I was charged $51. From my perspective, $51 is not free. That added further confusion to the situation. He also informed me that a plastic container was missing, which I later discovered was incorrect, as that container is only included with raw meat plans.Moving forward, my miniature schnauzer became ill. Small breeds, especially miniature schnauzers, are prone to pancreatitis and do not tolerate high-fat diets well. The beef formula is 25% fat and the salmon is 22%. Your intake form allows customers to select flavors, but it does not appear to properly account for breed-specific needs. When entering a small breed puppy, the system should not be recommending higher-fat formulas. A lower-fat option such as lamb at 16% would have been more appropriate.Following my veterinarian’s recommendation, I switched to lamb only. Before my trial ended, I placed a full-size order of lamb exclusively and called again to confirm the fat percentage was 16%. I clearly explained that my puppy had become ill from the higher-fat formulas. At nine weeks old, she began losing weight while on the lamb formula. I had to return to the veterinarian for the third time. I was advised that while this food may be suitable for adult dogs, it is not formulated appropriately for growing puppies. It does not provide sufficient calcium and certain nutrients necessary for proper bone, muscle, and tendon development during a critical growth stage. This was a serious concern.Additionally, when I canceled my subscription online, I later called to confirm the cancellation. I was told someone from the food safety department would contact me. No one did. At that point, my subscription was already canceled and I was no longer a customer, so the purpose of a follow-up contact was unclear. For documentation purposes, I am attaching confirmation of my cancellation date. After reading other reviews mentioning recurring charges after cancellation, I want to ensure there are no further charges applied to my account. My concerns were and remain about my puppy’s health and the appropriateness of the product recommendations for small breed puppies.Regards,Luna⸻ Original Review When I registered my 8 week old Miniature Schnauzer, the company specifically asked for her breed. Miniature Schnauzers are known to be predisposed to pancreatitis, which I personally did not know at the time, but the company should absolutely be aware of, as they are the ones formulating and recommending the food.Despite that, the trial box I received included three different formulas ranging between 22% to 25% fat. For this breed, the recommended maximum fat percentage is around 16%. Shortly after starting the food, my puppy developed diarrhea and became very sick. I had to take her to the vet.I decided to give the company a second chance and switched to their lamb formula, which is listed at 16% fat. I even moved my subscription forward to continue with them. Unfortunately, instead of gaining weight as a growing 8 to 9 week old puppy should, she began losing weight. At this age, weight loss is dangerous and can seriously impact development. The trial box was refunded under their satisfaction guarantee, but I was left with a full month subscription that I cannot use. That was a complete waste of money. I now have an entire monthly supply of food that is not appropriate for my puppy, on top of vet bills caused by the initial formulas. This experience was a waste of money, a waste of time, and most importantly, it put my puppy’s health at risk during a critical growth stage.I cannot recommend this food for puppies, especially for breeds that are prone to pancreatitis. Please be cautious before subscribing.
I have a 15 year old pit/ lab mix. He has been starting to refuse to eat but is back to being excited at mealtimes again.
The fresh food and the air dried food make my 7 yo std poodle lick her bowl clean!! She can get bored or finicky at times but she hasn’t done that with your food.
Great product, a bit hard to get all food out of the packet but I'm learning. My pup loves her food now, before would turn her nose up to so many dog food products.
My dogs love the food
My dogs love this food. I Particularly the air dried, and I felt good about the quality I was feeding them. The frozen was hit or miss but overall I was satisfied. BUTThe cost is very high for the food. Feeding 3 dogs with this product was too expensive so I cancelled 2 dogs and switched the third to air dried only. I cancelled (2) and changed (3rd)way in advance of the next scheduled shipment. When the order arrived it was for all 3 dogs. They had switched the one dog to air dried but had reactivated(or not cancelled?) the other two and sent theirs and I was charged. I reached out to customer service and they said that I could not have a refund even if I shipped the food back unopened. No questions or room for exploring what went wrong. Red flag. They said they cancelled my two dogs (again) but when I looked, only one had been cancelled. I let them know this. Finally both were cancelled. This seems very deceptive. I really like the food, particularly the air dried but Im likely going to cancel the 3rd dogs subscription because I am concerned this is a practice. I am now aware that I am not alone in this experience. Im so dissapointed because I was looking forward to feeding the air dried. It seemed very good quality and exactly what I was looking for in a food for my dogs. This ordering/cancellation process and customer service really soured my experience. I am happy to pay for quality food but not for what appears to be marketing schemes and dishonest practice. That overrides any quality claims and undermines trust. Its too bad.
I've tried other services and my dog refuse to eat any chicken or poultry products with your food. He cleans the bowl so fast. It's hard to believe he even tasted it.
My young dog has a mild suspected allergy to chicken. I’ve tried other fish based sensitive skin foods, but he hasn’t been a fan. He enjoys The Pets Table Salmon & Whitefish with Pumpkin Recipe. So glad to have found a food that he likes.
Do the math people, you answer a few questions then get three meal choices that range from 1.35-1.55 per meal. you then check out and they say two week starter box at 100.80 bucks. with free shipping some little bag of treats and 60 % discount so you only pay 43.79 bucks.but at the median piece 100 bucks would be 75 meals, yet is says two weeks. I asked them how many meals and they said 1 per day. so the box for 46.79 only has 14 meals in it. which is 3.127 per meal twice the stated price at NO discount at all. That is fraud! and theft. when I inquired they play word games, that the price is adjusted for the special meal for my dog, BS I bet they do the same to ecveryone and people just dont do the math. they say all well it is healthy. and yeah it may be but get off your but you can make thos healthy meals for your dog from real food for half their price. but the bigger deal is they are LYING, and fraudulently changing the price. their "download conversation button" doesn't actually download the conversation.
Had a wonderful experience at the Arizona home show learning about this new pet food. And it is made a change in my dog’s life in just a couple weeks.
Received more than I expected with my order. Very generous. I set the new food out for my two Yorkies whom one is very picky and the other eats anything. I kept a bowl of their old food and surprisingly the prickly eater went right to the pets table dish every time. Very unusual for her. We usually have to hand feed her. I will continue with this food and have already recommended it to two others. Thank you!
I love the freeze dried food and my dog is thriving off of the food!
