Rough experience
I booked pearl dazzle in April for a July date. Our choreo got moved to August and I advised I'd update at that time. No worries. I submitted email originally, sent text, then got sent to whats app which was a terrible experience. No responses after multiple attempts. Got asked again for a description (third time) ..no sketch..nothing since September 7th even though I understood we now had to wait due to delays. We agreed upon end of October for costume finish. Still nothing after repeated attempts via email, text, whats app. I just want a refund on the deposit as I cannot trust this company to actually do the work and follow up. Their costumes are beautiful...I expected a lot more from customer service. Buyer beware on deposits here. They wont respond to my request for refund either. If anyone needs the whats app messages I can send them.

Amazing quality and well made
Amazing quality and well made. Instructions and process are very well outlined. Adding the chat was a great idea for people who have a sketch and trying to finish the details. Will definitely use again!

Poor fit
Costume is WAY too big on my daughter and is completely unusable. Measurements were accurate with no additional space added.

Amazing Quality & Beautiful Creations
This is the second year we have used Pearl Dazzle & every costume is more amazing than the last. Yes there were a few growing pains this year but they came because of the enormous amount of new customers that wanted one the their beautiful creations! They are so good at bringing costume ideas to life. My dancer will be wearing Pearl Dazzle through the coming years.

Absolutely amazing costume and it’s our 2nd year of working with the talent designers and costume artists at Pearl Dazzle! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for dance competition costumes! They are very detailed in their workmanship when it comes to fitting, sewing and stone work! We’re excited to take the stage again with another brilliant Pearl Dazzle one of a kind!
