Item sold as new arrived damaged
Item sold as new arrived damaged. Despite photos documenting the damage provided to the company, resolution offered was parts replacement only, requiring delays and additional installer visits. We incurred ~$200 in unplanned labor to complete installation.Inner packaging was undamaged, raising quality-control concerns. No compensation offered. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
