I attended the Immersion in Atlanta, Ga with Irving Moya. This was a great opportunity to learn in a smaller group which gave us the ability to ask more questions and get in depth hands on answers and experience. Leaving this event I felt more confident in going home to bid and attend auctions on my own.

The Immersion Class was a motivational experience. I really appreciated Brennan's ability to keep us engaged while working through a large amount of information. He presented everything in a clear and energetic way that made it easy to stay focused and involved. The environment was also fantastic. Overall, it was a well-run class that I would highly recommend.

I just had my flyout session last week and I feel ready, well equipped and confident that I can now fix and flipping my own homes without anyone's help. Tax Lien Wealth Builders is a great company thats giving a lot of resources. They build a system that will guide student to be successful in investing business.Company gives an option to make changes on your package that will work for the student. There is a lot of resources from client development library and coaches twice a week and twice a week over the week end that will keep you equip to your investing journey. Coaches are great that will get you through the process of investing and will be there for your first deal.
At the Tax Lien Immersion training,I learnt how to find tax lien,tax deeds,how to find the value and details of the property on Property Edge Pro,everything I needed to do in order to get acquire the deed or properties securely.I love that we had hands on training and Eric was such a patient teacher. He patiently helped went through the steps over an over and I do not regret paying for or attending this training and this is from someone who has attempted training for real estate with other organizations.I sincerely think Tax Lien Wealth Builders are doing a great job. They get to the point and are not trying to unnecessarily elongate your training like some other people do and I am grateful for that .
The immersion event was amazing! Learned how to properly use the software to do proper due diligence to find good properties online. Excited to continue learning!
