The best decision!

I had the best discussion with Gage about the Signature 2 model and the benefits it provides. He provided all the details I needed to hear. I appreciated his insights and honesty. He helped me narrow done my decisions. I appreciated his assistance in getting me my Sauna.

Michael was great. I really made him work for this sale. Haha I've owned an infrared sauna for over 7 years so I know what I'm talking about and what boxes need to be checked to know that I am getting the highest quality since this is a wellness tool. Michael answered all of my questions with no hesitation and also sent me several pdfs with proof of what he was stating. Ultimately, I made the investment. Thanks Michael!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I repeatedly called them for almost 4 months to buy a new unit, I occasionally got a call back but missed your calls. Sometimes I call five times a day and not get a call back. Just a heads up horrible customer service.

I am providing this feedback following the replacement of my sauna. While I have the new unit, I want to be very clear: the experience I had with your company was horrific.1. Product Safety FailureMy original unit caught on fire. This wasn't a cosmetic defect or a missing bolt; it was a catastrophic failure that endangered my home and my life. I expected this to be handled with the highest level of urgency and "white-glove" service. Instead, it was the opposite.2. Lack of Empathy and UrgencyThroughout the process, your customer service team was dismissive and unresponsive. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer whose safety had been compromised by your product. There was no sense of accountability or genuine concern for the trauma a fire causes.3. Operational FrictionEven though a replacement was eventually provided, the process was needlessly difficult. I shouldn't have to fight a company to replace a product that literally self-combusted. The lack of proactive communication meant I was the one doing all the legwork during an already stressful time.ConclusionA replacement unit is the bare minimum requirement for a fire-related defect. What was missing was professionalism and basic human empathy. Based on this experience, I cannot currently recommend your brand to others, as your post-purchase support is fundamentally broken.I hope you use this feedback to overhaul how you handle critical safety incidents in the future.

Paid money and no product

I wanted to order this pad for my sauna. It was backordered so I filled out the info to be notified when it was back in stock. I was never notified but months later after checking multiple times I saw it was, so I ordered it. Three weeks later after paying, I got a request to review the product which I have never received. I went online and tracked it with "shop" only to see it hadn't even been shipped yet. Then yesterday I got an email that said that due to excess demand it was backordered again and wouldn't be available for several months. How much worse an example of terrible service and business practices could you have demonstrated. Thank god your sauna works or I would be posting this review to a greater audience.

I bought the Impulse 3 person sauna a number of months ago. We love it. It is so easy to use and looks very professional. It was relatively easy to put together. It would be good for them to make a video on how to put it together as this would be much easier than those that may have a difficult time following directions by reading them. The sauna itself works really well and we love to watch TV on the screen while sweating. It makes the time go by faster. We use it as part of our health regimen by using it almost daily. Customer service is great. We had a problem with the screen and they worked with me by phone to make sure i did things correctly and send me new parts quickly for things that stopped working. Customer service picked up immediately and their people are trained really well. I have read some negative remarks from others but have not had these issues. I highly recommend Sunlighten and the Impulse 3 person sauna. You will not regret it either.
