I bought a kit of C1 Pro intercoms with Hub for event production. They work great for the intended purpose! The kit came in a peli-style case with alot of accessories and spare parts. Double antennas, ear-muffs, batteries etc. I contacted customer support regarding a question about the product, and they replied quickly. My only real complaint, is that the website eu.hollyland.com could be more clear on what is included in the kit.

Communication was great and C1 Pro system is very easy to use. The Solidcom C1 Pro Hub 8s had everything I needed plus extra replacement ear and mic cushions and ear pads. Perfect package for a camera crew.

Since I need a professional microphone for creating my reels, I ordered the Hollyland Lark M2 Type-C version. I received the microphone set very quickly, but noticed that the receiver did not fit my iPhone. When I contacted Hollyland Customer Support, I received an immediate response and was offered a compatible receiver. I haven't encountered such fast and friendly service in a long time! I would like to thank Joy for her friendly and courteous communication and for successfully resolving my issue! I am looking forward to using the microphone and highly recommend Hollyland products!

I contacted Hollyland right after placing an order to modify it, as I ultimately wanted to change the bundle I had ordered. I received a very fast and understanding response. They managed to intercept the order at the warehouse to change the product, and since the desired bundle was the same price, I didn’t even need to place a new order. They took care of everything, with excellent email communication. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and after-sales support, thanks to their quick response, friendliness, and efficiency. Fast shipping. After purchasing the Lark A1, we realized that it did not have the lightning receiver we needed, and buying the accessory separately afterwards, with shipping costs, would have been very expensive. When we wrote to the team about the problem, they offered to send it to us free of charge. We think this is exceptional service.

Fantastic wireless mic
Fast shipping and an absolutely amazing product. The magnet is probably one of the highest class I've seen on something this small. It just works, Linux/android, windows, if it can address a USB audio source your golden. The mic controls are great and once you remember which color is for noise canceling it's awesome, the audio quality is great and the isolation when you want directional pickup works very well. Highly recommend.

Hollyland's support team resolved my LARK A1 exchange issue (Lightning to USB-C) quickly, efficiently, and incredibly generously.Instead of making me go through the standard return process, they chose to send me the USB-C receiver I needed free of charge as a sign of appreciation. This attitude shows that they truly care about customer satisfaction and post-sales support.The process was very easy and professional. I am extremely satisfied and recommend them 100%!

I happily pre-purchased a 4x Lark Max M2, after owning the M1 for over a year. 29/7, the day of my purchase, was when my joy began to decline. The expected shipping date advertised was 7/31, even though it wouldn't ship until 8/16. Updates were not posted until it was shipped. Upon arrival, I discovered that no earpiece is included and that it is only with one specific set, something that is not very clear on their site or in their marketing videos. They also informed me that it will only work if I exit 4-player mode and purchase it for $62. Next, I head out on the road and take the new set in my camera bag. The zipper on the cloth bag holding my pre-purchased Lark Max M2 broke at the beginning of several weeks of travel, meaning two of the mics, the charging case and cords are not secured. $500 is not secured.I return from travel and write to them on 4/11. They ask me for proof of purchase even after I reply with the link in their receipt, which also lets me view my private information on their site. They then ask me to fill out a report to get a quote to have the product replaced. I pressed them to replace the bag at no cost. They agree if I provide a photo. I do. Then they request a video of the bag, which I narrated with my deepening frustration at the hoops I'm needing to jump through to get the bag replaced. I note that I recently had a similar issue with another company, and they immediately shipped a replacement at no cost. They acknowledge my frustration by now requesting I leave them a positive review on TrustPilot, after which, verifying, they will grant me a $10 gift certificate - unsure for what. This is because, after all of this unnecessary communication, they have determined they will not replace the bag as it is outside the 90-day warranty period, which they have failed to mention until now. I still won't have a bag, as they don't replace or sell those. Usually, this wouldn't be an issue; however, without this bag, there is no way to carry two of the tiny microphones, the cords, or the charging case. $500 worth of equipment unpackaged. Gone is the nice, neat and simple package of the M1. Lose the bag on this M2 x 4, and it can turn into an x 2 pretty quickly. Gone is my trust in Hollyland. Gone will be my future business. I can't imagine if I had an issue with the technology what the experience would be after my issues with their shady marketing, warranty and service.
