Great place to stay
Perfect place to transit to other areas during my relocation. My overall stay is excellent except for a bit of inconvenience in receiving an Amazon delivery. I had to call Amazon to get the lock code for every delivery.

The apartment was in excellent conditions since the day I did the check in. It has all the necessary items for the day to day for kitchen and bathrooms. The service was always great, and the team responded in very short notice to any concern or assistance required.

Best Experience
The Sojo Team and Candour House Apartment give the most comfortable staying during this month. The Sojo Team provide an Excellent Customer Service assisting me at any time even with a simple question. I definitely will recommend Sojo company as the best one in this Industry. I hope could stay back on this Apartment complex.

Prompt Communication and Documentation, Noise Issues Noted
The company communicated well throughout the apartment selection process and responded quickly, providing the necessary documents promptly to prepare for move-in. One thing I wish they had done differently was to pay closer attention to factors like pets, toddlers, noise, or residents working night shifts in neighboring units when assigning apartments to those requesting quieter areas. Nevertheless, they did a good job overall.

Completely unacceptable
The Goodwynn apartment complex is not only unsanitary, but maintenance requests are ignored. We have experienced dog feces and urine in the hallways (one pile has been there for 5 days); residents leave their garbage near the chute and as a result, we have not been able to get rid of fruit flies despite asking for an exterminator. Completely unacceptable!

Stay Sojo - a great team to work with for corporate stays!
727 West Madison was a great building for the temp stay organised by Stay Sojo. Overall building has top quality amenities and its location in West Loop was wonderful. The apartment itself was modern and well-kept by Stay Sojo; bed, bathroom etc. was very comfortable. The building is across the street from Whole Foods and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The Stay Sojo team itself was great - very responsive and attuned to meeting their client's needs, ensuring for a wonderful stay with them. Example - I requested for a desk and chair to be able to work from home, and it was set up for me before I arrived.
