They are canceling your phone without a notice while your number in business and you will lose a lot because they are greedy and no customer service they will answer to you after 24 hours if they answer

Everything went smooth and was very easy. The only thing is it’s a little pricey.They did what they said and that’s what counts. They deserve a 4.5 but it only allows 4 or 5 so…

They were extremely efficient in helping us setting up our LLC as non-resident. We filled the state filling on 28/10/2025 and got everything ready (including EIN, Bank) as of 11/11/2025. Amazing. Moreover, they are very clear on all the additional functions that are available for us. Very fast and thoughtful response from the customer support team on those options and even alternative option if we decide to do it ourselves. Very appriciate and highly recommended.

It's okay but they don't explain entirely that you still need a passport. The reason I switched to StartGlobal was because of not needing a passport. But whoopty woo, you still need this document because the bank account they set you up with only accepts passports if you are not a US resident which defies my whole purpose of going with them right? Had I known I would have just stayed with the other business and filed for my passport. For this alone Startglobal is shady and will never recommend them. Oh and add the fact that trying to see where you can reach out to customer service is like finding a needle in a hay stack. No idea how to speak to customer service. This is literally the worst place. I have no clue how they have these 5 stars. Just straight up shady.
