I have tried a few outsourced solutions but Staffingly is far and away the best. Dan and Sameeksha have personally made sure my implementation and onboarding were smooth and they never overpromised and underdelivered. That is very rare in my experience. You hear all the right things in the sales process, but when it comes time to actually go live, too many solution providers fail miserably. Not Staffingly. I am a big fan.

Their staff demonstrated attention to detail, handled follow-ups responsibly, and responded quickly to our team’s requests. The workflow was transparent, updates were provided daily, and documentation was properly maintained. This made internal reviews much easier to conduct.

Staffingly has provided us a powerful tool like AI bot that has proven to be seamlessly integrated into our existing systems, significantly enhancing our workflow. The weekly analytics and automation features are excellent and also the support team has been consistently responsive and very helpful whenever we have needed assistance. Definitely one of the best tools in its category.

Staffingly Inc services is reputed service for remote office help !
We use Staffingly Inc services and we are very happy with our overall experience. The remote receptionist is a real asset to the practice, and it has significantly taken burden off from my office staff. My staff keeps the remote receptionist busy with various things to do list. Staffingly Inc admin is very professional, trustworthy and engaging with staff. They employ well trained staff in their team. Highly recommend their services !
