Not gonna lie, Stack was so worth it. The bins were clean, they arrived and picked up on time, and made moving so much easier. I didn't have to worry about boxes breaking, and the best part was the uniformity in packing. There was so much less "tetris-ing" involved in this move - and I've moved a lot. The only downside was the bottoms of the bins. The design serves a purpose in preventing slipping and sliding, but they also prevented us from sliding bins INTO the SUVs along the felt in the car. But if that was our biggest issue, I am not complaining :) Will use them again - just hopefully not for another few years!

Use Stacks for your next move, Best Decision Ever!
We decided to use Stacks reusable bins instead of cardboard boxes for our move, and it was one of the best decisions we made! The service was excellent from start to finish. The bins were delivered right on time, clean and so easy to use and stack. Plus they give you two weeks with the bins, compared to a week with others I had looked at. I highly recommend using them for your next move! We also used Elite moving, which we received as a referral thru stacks. Elite gave us a 10% credit from our stacks price toward the moving price. They were excellent as well.

Game Changer!!
By using Stack, we saved time and were spared the frustration of taping together and breaking down cardboard boxes. Typically in moves, some of our things stay in boxes for months, but not with Stack. Since we had to return the crates ASAP, it forced us to unpack and settle in quicker which we appreciated. I will never buy moving boxes again!

I loved the schedule of delivery of clean, high quality and durable plastic bins and then the pickup at new home a week later. The labels provided and the dolly were appreciated. Boxes are filthy
These boxes in Atlanta have NEVER been cleaned or sanitized between each use.There’s cat or dog hair all over our boxes and I found a previous users label which proves my point. The boxes are filthy and I’ve been sneezing the whole move. My husband and I have had to clean the boxes ourselves which has been a huge waste of time. I will never use this company again and do not recommend. I wish I could upload all my photos.

They didn’t deliver
Truly was wanted this to work out. Sadly this company let me down. I ordered crates to be delivered yesterday and they never arrived. It took 12 phone calls and several emails to hear conflicting stories about why my order never happened. Was promised early morning delivery today and it is now almost noon and no confirmation of delivery window. I finally got through to someone and was told that they couldn’t guarantee a delivery today. So if you are moving , and took two days off work to pack, then you know how stressful it would be to not have the equipment you need so I’ve cancelled Stack and now haveTo hoik it up to Homebase and buy someCardboard boxes. I love theConcept of this company but I think they grew too fast and have troubleWith their logistics . So if you are in the Portland Oregon area, maybe avoid until they grow a little better.

Moving Made Easy!
No one enjoys moving, but Stack makes the process so much easier. Ordering the Stack containers was a breeze. They were delivered to my front door, including dollies for easy transport. Pick-up of the containers after the move was done was just as effortless. No fuss. No mess.I cannot imagine moving again without using Stack. I'm a fan for life.

Stack was incredible! First time using more sustainable reusable boxes, and I’ll definitely use them again. Super convenient not having to tape the cardboard boxes. These were so nice and easy to carry and stack in the moving truck. Really nice having the boxes delivered and picked too. Great, responsive customer service too. Had to move the pickup date to one day sooner, and it was no problem at all.

These boxes made this move so easy. We avoided the mess, expense, waste/storage of having to buy card board boxes or plastic totes. I rented 50 boxes for 2 weeks for less than the cost of 20 large cardboard boxes at home depot. They were delivered to my door and pick up was easy. The dollies made moving the boxes around a breeze and we have floor space since each box stacks perfectly on each other. My only issue was communication. I was told I would get an email and communication in the days and 24 hours before arrival and pickup, but I never received any communication outside of my order confirmation. I had to call the customer support line and was told the actual times were handled by the local teams. I explained that I understood that but it was the day the boxes were due to arrive and I had received zero time frame or communication. It took a few calls, but the local team did finally call me and the boxes arrived as promised. Delivery and pick up communication needs to be improved, but I would 100% recommend stack.

Best way to move for all abilities!
I have used StackMoves three times and will never go back to cardboard boxes. The last two times I used them to move my elder family members into continuing care communities. The benefits are obvious but I will list them:1. Convenient: they drop them off and they pick them up!2. Environmentally friendly: both "reduces" and "reuses"2. Cost effective3. Protective of your items: The boxes stay dry. Do not leak. and do not crush your items.4. Easy to use: The way they stack makes it easier to use in smaller spaces like apartments. Also, due to their size, they are manageable for almost all people. I am a small female and I can lift and move every single one.5. They even work for clothing on hangers. Just keep them on the hangers and fold them and put in the boxes. Saves tons of time.Caveats:1. Does not work for artwork, large prints, or TVs. You need to get other boxes for that.2. You might need to get wardrobe boxes for formal dresses, etc.3. They do not always arrive cleaned out as advertised. This past week I just wiped the bottom of the boxes myself. I did complain and I got a partial refund. note: I use ZIPTIES to lock the box tops in place. Cheap and easy to remove.
