I reached out because I wasn't completely happy with the scent of a beard oil not that it was bad, just not what I was expecting. Even though I had chosen the scent myself, the team offered to either refund me or send a different one. I opted for the new selection, and they advised me to either gift the original or return it.This is exactly how business should be done real customer service like this is rare these days. I'll be returning the original because I truly like this company, and they've won me over as a customer for life.

From start to finish they’re a solid company. Navigable website, great products that do exactly what they say they’ll do/smell like (I’m a big fan of the shave soap and hot shot medium wax), and great turnaround time from time of ordering to time of shipping. This will forever be the only company I buy from and tell people about

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Hard to find order confirmation and shipping is extremely slow. Christmas gifts arrived late two years in a row.

First off it’s a Fireman ran company!!!Second the hold and choices of wax is great. Lastly but not last so I keep it short, the product holds up to the rigors of shift life and I can’t say enough good things about it.

Very quick to respond to emails and correct any issues we have had. (The only thing we haven't received is the beard comb which was to be included in second box from an issue with our first box. I am sure alot has been going on to get side tracked with ) He is loving his products!

Great wax! I had used their “scallywag” wax, which was great and bought three more strong hold. I think beach is my favorite!Great customer service as well, beach was out of stock, and I emailed and asked when it wold be back in stock, they emailed back the next day saying they made a batch that morning and I could order it! Glad I asked, it is my favorite!
