Awesome Customer Service
I placed an order for a couple of practice shirts for my son. A few weeks went by, and order did not show up. I contacted the USPS and give them tracking information and waited for a response. USPS could not give any answers other than it was out for delivery. I got fed up with USPS after another week had past and contacted Squad Locker customer service. I found Mabel who is a Customer Experience Specialist and Mabel was quick to respond and start researching this case. Mabel emailed me daily and was working with USPS to try and get my order delivered to me as soon as possible. Mabel did not have any luck with USPS as well, so Mabel put in a request to reship the order and expedite the order. We need more customer service people in this world like Mabel, someone that won't stop until the customer is 100% satisfied, and the customer gets their order, and it was what they were expecting it to be. I have placed another order of 10 items and I'm hopeful that it does not get lost within USPS, but if it does, I know who I can count on to make it right.

Jairo was awesome, resolved my issue right away with no hesitation. Not sure if I made a mistake or there was a glitch in the ordering system, but somehow my order was doubled. I did not notice until I clicked on accept order and the order transferred. I emailed right away, heard back within 24 hours with a resolution.
