I have buy jacket in this 'shop' (in PL) but after 2 days they returned money without any information why. The jacket is still available for purchase on the 'store'. I do not recommend this 'store', it's the worst I've ever dealt with.
I ordered shoes, now they send sent an automated email that your has been cancelled. . No one has contacted me and tried to offer me an alternative product what law requires. Very poor service
After reading so many negative comments (after I already purchased) I was so sure that I'll end up getting scammed, but everything went smoothly. I received my order within 5 days. However, when I wanted to return it, I had to wait a week for the return documents (the link on their page does not work), and then I waited the full 14 working days for my money to arrive. On the last day, I had to write an additional email to let them know that I still did not receive my reimbursement, but they replied the next day and the money was sent to account.
Bought a pair of shoes but Sportland sent the wrong ones.They proposed to return them, but it's "hard to say" if they can send me what I originally bought at the price I bought it...Now if I want the shoes I wanted originally I need to pay a much higher price.It's unfair I need to pay for Sportland mistake
I have ordered many times (10-20 times) from Sportland. The delivery has always been fast and when I needed to return I always received my money back in few days without any extra hazzle. I recommened. I dont know why people give such bad reviews, maybe someone is trying to influence on them and try to create bad reputation. Also the products has always been new and authentic.
At first I was hesitant to buy since there were bad Trustpilot reviews, but I ordered sport shoes as a gift. Everything went well - delivery was quite fast, and the shoes were good quality. The gift recipient was happy!
Scammers instead of man official football jersey they send me children size training cheap version of this jersey. Worst experience ive ever had in online shopping

I bought online (sportland.lt) 6 pairs of shoes: one pair they didn’t send, another one was send in different colour, one more pair looked already used with some spots on the shoes, the box was broken.So I kept just 1 pair, the others send back. 3 of them very lost - it took me 2,5 weeks to find them and the customer support was helpful at all. So I do not recommend to buy from them.

Be careful when you buy from sportland stores in Estonia!! I have bought a shoe after a few hours where I want to return it as a nice employee he tells me that I cannot get the amount in cash or on the card you can only get a gift card for the amount or exchange it for something at the same price. How do I know what is written on your policy when I am a tourist.... probably never buy from there again!!

Awful communication, no notifications on any phase of shopping and delivery.Availability on website means nothing. They notify that item is missing at the very last moment without a chance to replace to another model or size.
