The customer service is best categorized as unresponsive. I placed an order for $2900 on Dec 4th and a month later no information. I had to call the liquor company to find out what’s going on. I needed the alcohol for a party on Dec 27th but they were quick to take $2900 for a month with no order. Good business model I must say. Pls read the other person’s review (Kimberly) I agree with her 100%
I ordered a gift for an important client. I was charged, but never received a confirmation or tracking & was never asked to create an account. I have no way of following up. The gift did not arrive before Christmas. It is almost New Year’s Day & it still has not arrived. The customer service phone number just hangs up after an automated message. The FAQ page is a broken link. I’ve also tried email & submitting a customer service ticket, to no avail. I’ve filed a BBB complaint. Please do not purchase from this company.
