I made a payment in cryptocurrency but they claim they didn't receive it, even though I sent payment details and the transaction is publicly visible at the address they provided; I had made other orders in the past and they were successful, this last one didn't.
Really nice online shop.
I use it for years now to buy seeds and many interesting things. Always good customer service, many freebies occasionally and never missed anything.
I order from Shayana on regular basis and always happy with their service.There was only 1 occasion when my order did not arrive, but I reached out to Shayana support team and we sorted the situation out, new package came in 7 working days (NL-CZ).What I really like about the shop, is the variety of truffles you can buy, thus the experience you can get. As I have been shopping at Shayana for past 15 years, I can confirm their quality is TOP and ongoing.In case you are not sure about the quality of your postal service, you can request a "tracked package" to be sent to you. It costs a bit more, but always gets delivered.
order placed on july 20, 2.5 months of messaging and messaging, they finally issued a refund at start of October, having promised they would send the package many times, untimely and inaccurate communication throughout. Thoroughly annoying and unprofessional, stay away from shayana!
They stole my money. They used to be legit a few years back so I trusted them. Paid and never received my order, asked their customer support to help me and they answered once then disappeared.I never heard back from them. Avoid completely.
I found them in 2019 and I have ordered many times from ShayanaShop, They have great customer service and outstanding products. I have always been satisfied with their service and products.
I paid them via bank transfer and heard nothing back. I emailed them several times and I can see that they read my email. No response. Right now, they've just stolen my money.
