Stay away from these thieves.

Stay away from these thieves.I paid for their white label service. From the beginning, they were very responsive and helpful, but after months and even a year, they haven't provided sales reports from our catalog. They're scammers; they never respond when contacted. What a terrible company. Their dashboard UI is also terrible, just HTML and full of bugs. It sucks. We paid for something that doesn't work

SpaceMedia.uk White Label: Total Scam – Ghost Support, No Refunds, Endless Rejections

I purchased SpaceMedia.uk's white label service to set up my own branded music distribution platform. What I got was a complete nightmare — one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've had with any distributor.Key issues I encountered:Zero support response: After subscribing and paying, I've sent multiple emails with detailed questions and problems. No reply at all — not even an acknowledgment. Their promised '24-hour response' and 'top priority for white label clients' is nowhere to be found.Refund impossible: Despite the service being effectively unusable, their policy is 'All sales are final, no refunds.' I've tried everything, but they won't process any refund. No real control over releases: Many tracks get uploaded with wrong metadata (e.g., incorrect artist names), stuck in limbo, or outright rejected. Even when I submit full proof and documentation, it changes nothing — rejections feel completely arbitrary.Excessive rejections: The vast majority of my submissions (and those from artists I onboarded) get rejected for vague reasons. It's like almost everything is blocked, even legitimate content.Extremely slow review process: They advertise fast approvals, but in practice, it takes 3 weeks to a full month (or longer) for any update. This is by far the slowest distributor I've ever dealt with.I invested time and money building/marketing the platform to attract real artists, but due to these constant backend failures, lack of support, and chaos, my reputation is damaged and clients are furious. Everything feels totally unprofessional.

Artists Need Control, Not Restrictions

A distribution company that does not give users direct access to take down their own music feels untrustworthy and disloyal. This is a major red flag and one of the first things artists notice, especially independent artists who need full control over their catalog at all times. Not having direct takedown access creates unnecessary dependency and raises serious concerns about ownership, transparency, and artist autonomy. That said, once a release is approved, delivery speed can be quite fast. In many cases, music goes live within two to three days, which shows that the technical infrastructure itself is capable of efficient distribution. Unfortunately, this level of efficiency is not reflected consistently across the entire service.Analytics remain a weak point. Reporting lacks transparency and depth, making it difficult to fully trust the numbers or properly track performance across platforms. For artists and labels making informed business decisions, clear and reliable analytics are essential, not optional. One of the strongest positives is the CMS. It is honestly one of the best content management systems I have used so far. The interface is clean, intuitive, and functional, which shows real technical potential. However, a strong CMS alone is not enough if essential artist control features are missing. To be truly competitive, the platform should introduce a direct takedown option and expand store support to include Carbon, Beatport, Juno, and Traxsource. These platforms are critical for electronic music artists and labels, and their absence is difficult to justify in today’s market. In addition, implementing a direct split system with no hidden fees is essential so collaborators can be paid fairly, automatically, and transparently.Another major concern is the company’s publicly listed address. The company claims to be based in the UK, yet the address shown on Trustpilot is “63–66 Hatton Gardens, EC1N 8LE, London, United States,” which is geographically incorrect. This raises serious trust issues. It may simply be a clerical error, but in a business dealing with rights and royalties, even small inconsistencies damage credibility. There are also numerous users reporting scam related experiences in public reviews. While these claims should not be dismissed, I personally doubt this is an outright scam. The platform does distribute music, provides a working CMS, and operates in ways that suggest a legitimate service rather than a fraudulent one. However, poor communication, unclear policies, missing control features, and basic inconsistencies like incorrect company information all contribute to suspicion and amplify negative perceptions.Customer support is another area that needs significant improvement. The experience currently feels overly automated, with too many AI driven responses and not enough human understanding. Music distribution involves sensitive issues such as rights, royalties, disputes, and deadlines. These situations require real people, empathy, and clear communication. A more human and responsive support system would greatly improve trust and user satisfaction.Overall, I believe this service deserves a chance to grow and mature. The technical foundation is there, but professionalism, transparency, and artist first decision making need serious improvement. If these issues are addressed properly, this platform has the potential to become a reliable and respected distribution partner instead of continuing to raise unnecessary doubts.

SpaceMedia Uk is a scam

I’m gonna say that this is the shittiest distributor I’ve ever used. To start with, they don’t give you statistics for your release, so that means you will get no money. Other reasons why I don’t recommend using this distributor are that they delay your release for weeks, while on their site it says that free distribution takes only 7 days. They also don’t answer your emails, so support just doesn’t work. I also want to say that they can just paste some random person’s name into the blank where you write the composer and lyricist author name, so that’s why it’s a scam and I don’t recommend using SpaceMedia UK at all

Hypocrites

They denied my album for being "AI" without asking for any proof and don't have any way to delete an account. Go somewhere else. The headache of trying to please people who claim they hate AI while having their own AI tools isn't worth it.I wrote everything by hand before writing it note by note in the piano roll, which they would've known had they asked. Way to negate all that tedious work.

No Royalty Payments or Statements

My experience with Spacemedia.uk has been very disappointing. I distribute my music through their platform under the account name DDVault, and despite gaining over 100,000 streams, I have not received any royalty payments or even a single statement in the past three months.I signed up with Spacemedia.uk expecting professionalism, but at this point I feel ignored and let down. I genuinely hope this review prompts them to finally address the issue.Until then, I cannot recommend their service to other artists.

Lack of customer support

I'm very disappointed with this music distribution service. I have been sending emails over and over again regarding the takedown of one of my tracks, and I have been left with no reply. I regret using this service, and now I wish I knew more about them before I started it. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Very Disappointed – SpaceMedia Doesn’t Respond or Provide Real Support

I subscribed to SpaceMedia’s white label service, built my own platform, and spent a lot of money on marketing and advertising to attract artists and clients. Unfortunately, SpaceMedia has completely let me down.Their support team never replies — I’ve been sending emails for over a month with no response. Most of the releases from my clients are either rejected, uploaded incorrectly, or appear under the wrong artist names. This has put me in a terrible position — all my clients are complaining, and it’s damaging my reputation, my finances, and my company’s name.I expected a professional partnership, but what I got is complete silence and chaos.Extremely disappointed.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! They will GHOST you after taking your money!DO NOT TRUST THEM. RUN AWAY!Let me keep it 100% real with you. Before you pay, they're quick to reply. The second they have your money? You will NEVER hear from them again. I'm not kidding. We've been sending emails for over a week. Nothing. The only reply we got was a useless AI bot message. Here's the biggest scam: They will send your album to stores like Spotify and Apple Music WITHOUT TELLING YOU, using the wrong info (wrong metadata). But in your dashboard, it will still say "DRAFT" so you can't edit or control anything. So what happens? THEY COLLECT THE ROYALTIES INSTEAD OF YOU. You did the work, you made the music, and they are stealing your money. Your music is stuck in limbo with their name on it.They are not a distribution company. They are a scam. They take your money, upload your music to steal the profits, and then ignore you completely.Save your money, save your time, and save your career. STAY AWAY!This is not just bad service; it's an organized scam to steal from artists.Let me break down exactly how they operate so you don't fall for it like we did.The Bait:Before payment, they are friendly and reply super fast. They seem professional. It's all a lie to get your money. The Switch:Thesecond your payment clears, they DISAPPEAR. They will IGNORE every single email you send. The only "reply" you might get is from a stupid AI bot that solves nothing. There is NO customer support. There are no humans. You are just talking to a wall. The Scam:Here's the worst part and how they actually steal from you:1. They take your album and send it to Spotify, Apple Music, etc., WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.2. They use completely WRONG metadata (artist name, song titles, etc.). So your music is out there with someone else's name on it, or a messed-up title. It destroys your professional reputation.3. Meanwhile, in your dashboard, the album is still stuck as "DRAFT" on purpose! This is a deliberate trap. Because it's a "draft," you can't edit the info, you can't take it down, you can't do ANYTHING. You are completely locked out of your own music. The Theft:So,your music is live on all platforms with wrong info, and you have no control. Who do you think is collecting the royalties and streaming money? THEM. Spacmedia is literally stealing your income. They upload your work, put their name on the money, and ghost you. They are not a distribution company. They are a sophisticated scam designed to take your money and then steal your future earnings. They are parasites on the music industry.Save your career. Save your money. Save your mental health. Avoid Spacmedia at ALL COSTS. We are now stuck in a legal battle to get our own music back. Don't let this happen to you.

Only one song made using online studio and mixer. They promise to release through several media and 24/7 support. All rubbish, scam organised by unhelpful people pretending to be customer support. Stay well away from it.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with SpaceMedia UK's lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide the royalties and performance stats I am rightfully owed. Instead of transparency, I have been met with excuses, delays, and complete silence. Their customer service is unresponsive, and their handling of financial obligations is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with them unless you are prepared to fight for what you are rightfully due.

They refused to release one of my songs, claiming it wasn't original. This made me very angry. It seems like they are making excuses to avoid releasing it because it is most likely a scam.I am the legal owner of the song, with international rights, and I have provided evidence to prove it. The address on their website is a coworking space in London (63-66 Hatton Garden). (Google it and you will find out I am correct.) I also found that Spotify does not list them as a recognized distributor. Spacemedia.uk staff If you reply to this message, please refute this claim. If you have had a similar experience, I encourage you to report it as well. I got a refund from PayPal with documentation of the same, they have probably been reported by others

This guy puts fake reviews that have…

This guy puts fake reviews that have been deleted by Google! You can check it out yourself.I never write bad comments but this is something else. The worst service you can think about and I didn't even get his service but he refuses to return my money!!!!!I am so angry right now.I paid this guy "Christopher" and a day later I changed my mind. Only a day later. Now before I am contacting a UK lawyer, I will say this:Christoper claims that:"I'm unable to process this request as all sales are final. This policy is in place because each refund incurs a cost to us, as outlined in our terms of service. You're welcome to upload releases now or whenever you're ready in the future."Beware of this guy.I am going to sue him soon if he does not return my money, and enter every forum you can find. There is a refund policy, and everything is "awaiting" so he cannot tell me that I'm bound to him. This guy is a total SCAM!I had enough. I will see him in court.

I’ve been using SpaceMedia for music…

I’ve been using SpaceMedia for music distribution, and I couldn’t be happier! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to upload my tracks and get them distributed across major streaming platforms quickly. What truly stands out is their customer support – I had a small issue with a release, and their team was fast, responsive, and super helpful. They solved my problem in no time! The pricing is also very competitive, and the overall service feels tailored to independent artists. I highly recommend SpaceMedia to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive music distribution service!
