The quality is subpar
Twinkle is in love with his security bags of course! These are the best and the only small pet carrier bags my little chihuahua sits comfortably in and sleeps in! The material, quality and durability is unmatched. Easy to clean, wipe and vacuum to remove dirt. Pockets and slots within the bag make it so easy to organise essential items. The zipper features allow for convenient and comfortable openings that look nice. And the additional small hook inside the bag keeps my furbaby secure without the danger of a strangle situation. To top it all off, designs are stylish and pretty! Carrying these around, we’ve received countless compliments! Thank you so much! Love Soycraft carriers!

Poor quality canvas sewing. Me and my friend bought the R6 and both have the same issue. Poor customer service during the pet expo. There are many other brands to move on to. Within 6 months we have to park the pram as a dummy at home.
Having purchase multiple SoyCraft products, the quality of their pet backpacks, carriers and strollers are top notch. What impressed me even more was their customer service, where they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a stroller to use in the event of a shipment delay.1. They lent me a stroller to use for the time being at one of the local Pet fairs before the stroller I purchased had arrived (purchased with the intension to use at the Pet fair but delayed).2. Upon arrival of their stock, they arranged for almost instant delivery of the stroller which reached me just in time to use for another event.SoyCraft customer support team truly defined the notion of "going the extra mile" in my purchase of their pet stroller and I would definitely recommend them to pet parents who want the best for the furbabies.

We absolutely love the soycraft carrier as much as our dogs do! It is sturdy and the interior is built well that makes the babies feel comfortable and safe. They never asked to be carried out of the bags. I guess this is how you tell a bag is well designed and made. No regrets getting it at all!

I love the magic water as it is gentle on the area around my fur baby’s eyes. It helped me to clean up her tear stains. It is gentle and soothing for her skin as well.

There’s nothing better than giving our furkids a comfort zone on the go! My 1.2kg pomeranian loves his carriers so much that we are using them as bags, beds, car seats, training aid and more. It’s so comfortable that he would even hop in himself for naps during the day!I love how SoyCraft’s pet carriers are designed with both pets and owners in mind and delicately crafted with the best materials. Sturdy structure, soft fabric, fluffy cushions, and every bit of detail in the design of pockets, straps, safety hook etc. Definitely one of the chicest, cosiest carriers of choice that you wouldn't want to miss. You get what you paid for. The material used is soft and comfy. It’s easy to wash and dries quickly. It’s worth every penny.
I deliberated for months before deciding to buy the SoyCraft Cloud carrier, and have not regretted it! My 2.4kg Pomeranian puppy likes to squirm around and does not like being in carriers simply because it is usually too warm or too confining for his liking. After getting this carrier, he jumped in on his own, and is territorial over his little space (which also means he might snap if we reach in, but at least he is comfortable haha). The material is cooling and comfortable, and so far easy to maintain. In fact I am considering a second one either in a bigger size (just so that he can have more space), or getting the Loaf model instead. The only slight gripe I have is that I wished there were more variety of colours simply because I prefer darker shades, but that is more cosmetic than functional.
We own multiple Soycraft products and the ones we use on a daily basis are their pet carrier and their pet harness & leash! One thing we have grown to know and love about the Soycraft brand is that they NEVER skimp on quality. Their products are very sturdy and well made, and can handle a good tumble in the mud (which dogs do) and still come out after a machine wash looking good as new.We would recommend this brand anyday!
A very soft and sturdy dog carrier that is functional and user friendly.
One of the pet carriers that we reach for the most. Sturdy yet still chio. Super comfy in both aircon and non aircon environments as the cushion is really cooling and comfortable. Perfect for cafe dates and outings, car rides etc. Worth the price over the long run.
I have a very active dog, which never likes to sit still in the car. Since I purchased this last year, he never crawled out from the bag. He will sit quietly and even fell asleep in it. I cannot go anywhere without this bag. The cushion was so soft. He would also sit in it when I put him during our outdoor dinning. My friend bought an extra cushion for him. He used it as his pillow in his small little hut. Recommended to my other friends but sad that it was out of stock for the size M/L
We have been using Soycraft pet carrier for the past one year. It is still sturdy and look as new after frequent usage!Love the part where it comes with many compartments so we can keep the water bottle, pet wipes, poop bags, wallet, hp and treat box in the bag itself! It saves the hassle of bringing different bags out!The cushion is changeable to achieve different looks too!Overall, it is a value for money pet carrier!
Soycraft carrier: Before getting soycraft carrier, my pup actually hated to stay in carrier that we got him. He would rather stay on our lap in the car than inside his carrier even if we placed his toys and pillow in. He couldn't rest well in the car. After we got him his soycraft carrier, everything has changed. He will let us know he wants to rest in the soycraft carrier himself, and sleep peacefully inside. As for the Yume bed, I would say it is the most comfortable bed for my pup. Prior getting him Yume bed, he would always sleep on the floor, rejecting all the beds we got him. Then I tried to let him sleep on the cushion of soycraft carrier that we got him, he started to rest/sleep on it every time when he was tired. So, I decided to get him Yume bed. Surprisingly, on the first day he got his Yume bed, he walked onto the bed himself and rest on it! Now, whenever he is tired, he will rest on it himself, and sleep peacefully all the night, even play his toys on the bed!
