This company is complete scam
This company is complete scam! If I could give them zero starts , I absolutely would. What they advertise on their website and the pictures they send to convince you to buy are completely misleading. When the product arrived, it wasn’t even close to what was promised. The hair quality was awful, and the product looked nothing like the pictures.They claim on their website that you can return the product and get a refund, but that’s a total lie. They refuse to honor their return policy and give excuses instead. Their customer service is terrible, full of nothing but lies and manipulation.Please save your money and buy somewhere else. This company does nothing but play with your head and steal your money.

I received my hair and had it installed. It’s soft and beautiful. I’m ordering more hair from sogoodhair. I recommend they identify the difference in the hair color because it’s not advertised when you select the hair you want and I ended up getting natural brown hair which is fine but I prefer natural black or jet black hair.

Scared at first
I thought I was going to get scam at first because I spend 119$ on ponytail because of the reviews I saw . but it came on time and so happy with my purchase

this company is a Chinese fraud based in China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they are FRAUDULENT in ALL of their activities! Do NOT risk buying anything from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. More like scammers
If I could give zero stars I would. This is a sketchy company. I placed an order for a hairline lace frontal for $55 on April 9, 2024 and got a confirmation email. My order No. 3A200002279. Since then it's been radio silence from SogoodHair. No information if the order has shipped or even a shipping label created. Please stop false advertising on Instagram about products you cannot deliver. Buyer beware!! That's my $55 gone!! 😡😭

Chat disabled no response to email
I placed an order and attempted to cancel it 20 minutes later. Their refund/cancellation policy stated you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel before it ships. They have the chat button disabled so you have to send a email. I sent the email and received no response. Beware the company seems a bit sketchy

BUYER BEWARE
The hair had a very strong foul smell.. was dry and seemed to be a synthetic mix. I got 6 bundles and when I complained they said they will exchange but I would have to wait 7 weeks for replacement or pay 39 dollars for return shipping. BEWARE

I RECEIVED MY DORA BOB WIG WITH BANGS LACE FRONT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I TOOK THE WIG TO GET CUSTOMIZED BY MY HAIRSTYLIST. THE STYLIST STATED THAT THE PARTING SPACE IS VERY GOOD. THE LACE IS GOOD. BUT THE WIG IS VERY VERY THIN. THE COMPANY NEED TO ADD MORE HAIR TOO MAKE THE WIG MORE FULLER
