I generally had a good experience with sofabed.com. Their customer service was great. One suggestion is to communicate the process to the customer more clearly. The items must be released by sofabed.com in order for a delivery to be scheduled. Communication about procedures and the timeframe those procedures take should be told to the customer. When the sleeper got to Metropolitan Warehouse, it took a few days for the tracking to change. I wondered why they were not scheduling my delivery even though the item had already been scanned at Metropolitan. A few calls back and forth to Metropolitan and sofabed.com and I finally got a delivery date. It was delivered as promised on the date stated.

I actually checked the Trustpilot reviews before using Sofabed dot com, because I had not heard of them previously. I had a specific model in mind that I was interested in, and my local furniture store would not have been able to deliver in time for my guest. When looking up alternatives, Sofabed dot com had the exact model in stock. I called first to see if it would arrive in time, which they were confident it would. They also offered price matching, and the person who helped me even texted me additional information so I was comfortable ordering. Happy to say that it did arrive in time, delivery was a breeze, and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

The white glove service was fantastic! The sofabed was delivered, assembled and the area cleaned and cleared. The delivery personnel were polite, professional, and efficient. The sofabed was great quality, comfortable, and easy to convert.

I would 100% recommend sofabed.com as their customer service and support goes over and above to assist. I sent in a question about one of their Italian leather sofas and in an hour I received a reply. The next morning the same support person provided me with much more information to make sure I was satisfied.Today I also called right before ordering the sofa and the customer service agent helped me even further answering every question and provided a discount code to give me the best deal I seen n years.I will be spreading the word on this company as they go 110% to help and satisfy customer relations.Great products Great People Great Service!

Overall, our entire experience with Sofabed.com has been very positive. The only "negative" was the change to our delivery date at the last minute, which complicated things as the sofa was for our Airbnb and the delivery came when the unit was occupied rather than empty. Also, I had to request a copy of our invoice several days after our purchase; and I am still waiting for a copy of our Five-Year Protection Plan. However, Nia was always polite and professional.

It was an amazing experience. I had gone to look at this sofa bed in a store. I loved it, but they said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. I found the exact same sofa bed on your site and it was delivered in less than three weeks. And, it was hundreds of dollars less. Your delivery was perfect. The guys were professional and helpful. As I said AMAZING!

Great customer service and beautiful sofa
What a beautiful leather sofa! I had a great experience Sofabed from ordering my sofá through delivery. I had ordered the same sofa for a lower price and free delivery from Wayfair, but I cancelled my order due to being stood up twice for delivery over a period of 10 days. Then I found the same sofa on Sofabed.com and found that Sofabed offers excellent customer service with contact in real-time with dedicated staff to make sure my order would be tracked and delivered when promised. Even though the sofa cost more and I paid for delivery it was well worth it; you get what you pay for!
